Amazing place to unwind relax and enjoy nature
Pros:

Ah, basically EVERYTHING! I enjoyed it so much that I would've loved if we could stay longer. The whole place is so quiet and zen, you can walk there easily 10K and won't even be bored of the surrounding of the resort. I enjoyed the lake, the spa, the food, basically everything. The ladies staff were super polite and nice, they even opened few topics while we were checking in. We needed extra blanket, and in 5 min they brought it. they even give us a small cake as we were celebrating there. Honestly the best place in Almaty.

Cons:

The only thing I can comment on that I didn't like was maybe the room was a tiny bit dated and it might need a little refreshing? Otherwise it was fantastic and fantastic view!
The other thing to keep in mind there's no near by place to eat, only their own restaurants and cafes (they were good, but pricy) so keep that in mind :)

Ресторан казахской кухни. Очень вкусно было

Cons:

Мы жили в номере 546 с маленьким ребенком.
Неделю соседи занимались сексом всю ночь. Через вентиляцию было слышно все.
Это ужасно.
Фены. Это позор просто какой-то. Почему нельзя нормальные фены закупить для такого отеля?

Pros:

Очень понравился ресторан национальной кухни… и обслуживающий персонал в отеле…

Cons:

При заказе номера я не заметила, что номер без завтрака, это как то обычно видно, а отель так расположен, что кафе рядом нет?! В баре десерты все не очень вкусные((( и не очень свежие, да и завтрак, который я заказала в номер тоже был странного вкуса((( то есть, один ресторан вкусный, а во втором что-то не так!
