было бы идеально если бы в детских комнатах добавили немного больше развлечения детя 5-6 лет
Pros:

Вода в бассейне теплая как парное молоко, разнообразие бассейнов. Отдыхали тут не в первый раз. Девушки на ресепшене максимально вежливые и лояльные. Брали две раздельные кровати , очень широкая 1.20 см . Озеро , собственный огромный сад , увидели белок, уток , в озере много рыб. Дети остались довольные и мы в том числе . Вернемся обязательно. Спасибо большое!

Вчера мы с супругой останавливались в Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty, и у нас остались самые приятные впечатления от пребывания. Отель действительно соответствует своему высокому уровню.

Очень понравилась атмосфера - тихо, уютно и по-настоящему комфортно. Номера просторные, чистые и красиво оформленные. Отдельно хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса: персонал очень внимательный, вежливый и всегда готов помочь.

Также приятно удивила территория отеля и зона wellness - отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть и восстановить силы. Всё продумано до мелочей, чтобы гости чувствовали себя максимально комфортно.

Спасибо всей команде отеля за тёплый приём и прекрасный сервис. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty друзьям и знакомым!
