Pros:

Очень понравилось пребывание в Swissôtel Alatau Almaty. SPA здесь действительно одно из лучших в городе всегда чисто, спокойно и очень комфортно. Отличное место, чтобы расслабиться и отдохнуть. Отдельное спасибо Натали и Арине за внимательное отношение, доброжелательность и искреннее желание помочь.

Все очень понравилось
Pros:

Все было прекрасно ! Персонал очень приветливый, очень тихо , никто не мешал, мы вообще соседей не слышали. Вид из окна шикарный . Везде чисто и в номере, спа , бассейнах. Завтрак очень разнообразный .Мы и дети были очень рады !

Cons:

У нас было 3 номера, в 2 заселили в 3 часа как положено, а третий номер было готов после 17часов только, и то только когда мы сами напомнили о себе.
