Cons:

Я бронировал номер Делюкс с видом на горы. Прилетел ночью, приехал в отель к часу ночи. Меня обрадовали, сказав, что сделали апгрейд на Делюкс сьют и предоставили номер на 7 этаже. Поднявшись на этаж, ещё идя по коридору я слышал какой-то гул, подумал может с улицы. Зайдя в номер стал слышать гул отчетливее, позвонил на ресепшен, сказал, что в таких условиях спать невозможно.
Пришел сотрудник, убедился, что действительно гул стоит, причем в гостиной было меньше а в спальне больше. С трудом добился переселения в другой номер. Согласился на стандартный, только чтобы не было этого гула.
Переселили в стандартный номер на 6 этаже. Скорее всего гул шел от чилера на крыше, т.к. на 6 этаже было очень тихо. Деньги за замену номера отказались возвращать, в качестве компенсации предложили поздний выезд до 18.00.
Сейчас вот выселился. Приехал в отель в 17.15, сказал на ресепшене, что минут через 20 буду выходить и попросил подготовить счет за проживание. Заверили, что будет готово. Но когда я спустился вниз через 25 минут и спросил про счет, менеджер, который мне говорил, что будет готово, начал спрашивать , а когда это было, к кому обращались и готовили счет минут 10.
Хороший отель, хорошее месторасположение, прекрасная территория, воздух, но персонал оставляет желать лучшего. И причем это уже не в первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким отношением в этом отеле, потому что обычно предпочитаю там останавливаться .

Pros:

Really great stay. The service here is genuinely top-notch. Shoutout to Tokha who went out of their way to upgrade my room, didn't have to do that but really appreciated it. The spa is something else entirely, easily one of the best I've been to. The whole team just makes you feel taken care of without being over the top about it. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Сменить администратора медицинского центра.

Достаточно чисто, хороший приветливый персонал, улыбчивые девушки на ресепшен и на завтраке. Благодарю.

Cons:

Мне ужасно не понравился медицинский их центр. Особенно их администратор Дарига.
Они были на ремонте, я заселились уже тогда, когда ремонт был окончен. Я хотела записаться на процедуры, Дарига сказала что подойти можно, по факту я пришла, походила уборка, далее я хотела пойти на массаж, администратор так сильно была занята продажей по телефону клиенту процедур, что про меня просто забыла.

Pros:

Хочу поделиться своим замечательным опытом проживания в этом отеле.
С первых минут заселения ощущается высокий уровень сервиса и внимательное отношение к каждому гостю. Персонал делает всё возможное, чтобы создать комфортную и по-настоящему приятную атмосферу.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить менеджера Айваза за его профессионализм и внимательность, а также менеджера Натали — за её заботу, отзывчивость и помощь в организации моего пребывания. Особая благодарность менеджеру ресторана Санжару за прекрасно организованный ужин — всё было на высшем уровне.
В целом, пребывание оставило исключительно положительные впечатления: отличный сервис, слаженная работа команды и тёплая, гостеприимная атмосфера.
С радостью вернусь сюда снова и с уверенностью буду рекомендовать этот отель другим!

Cons:

The staff was extremely impolite. They refused several times to let me check in early, even though I mentioned that I would essentially be checking out a day earlier. In the end, when I was checking in, they suddenly extended my late checkout — which makes absolutely no sense.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was similar, but I decided to give it a “second chance”. Nothing has changed. I will never stay there again
