Идеальная локация с фантастическим видами
Pros:

Отличный сервис, вежливый персонал, хороший, чистый номер с фантастическим видом (очень приятно, что еще и сделали апгрейд).
Очень красивая, зеленая, большая, ухоженная территория, можно гулять, наслаждаясь свежим воздухом, так как отель, по сути, находится в глубине парка.
В SPA очень понравился расслабляющий массаж.

Cons:

Неприятно удивила зона открытого бассейна: почему-то производилась шумная мойка матрасов прямо рядом с отдыхающими, почему это нельзя было сделать до открытия - загадка. Сам бассейн довольно маленький, совсем мелкий и он с утра заполнен детьми с надувными кругами, так что поплавать будет сложно. Кафе у бассейна почему-то работать начинает сильно позже, чем сам бассейн.

Ресторан Феникс - несоответствие цены и качества. Филе миньон оставляет желать лучшего)
Очень шумный кондиционер в номере. Уменьшить его невозможно, только выключить.

Прекрасный отель с красивой, ухоженной территорией и замечательной атмосферой. Всё располагает к комфортному и приятному отдыху.

Отдельно хочется отметить высокий профессионализм сотрудников отдела бронирования — Айгерим и Сагданы. Очень внимательные, доброжелательные и компетентные, всегда готовы помочь и оперативно решить любые вопросы. Благодаря такому отношению впечатления от отеля становятся ещё лучше.

Спасибо за прекрасный сервис и гостеприимство! Обязательно будем рекомендовать Swissôtel Almaty и с удовольствием вернёмся снова.

بعض موظفي الاستقبال متفهمين

مستوى النظافه ( الغرفه كان لها رائحه سيئه)
الصيانه ( التكييف لم يكن يعمل بشكل جيد)
الموقع ( بعيد عن الاماكن الحيويه)
الاسعار داخل الفندق ( الافطار لشخصين كان ب 360 ريال سعودي) رغم ان وجبة الافطار من ارخص الوجبات ولا يستحق هذا المبلغ ولا يوجد خيارات بسبب بعد الفندق عن وسط المدينه
بشكل عام لا انصح بالاقامه فيه
كان الحجز ليومين وبقيت يوم واحد فقط
