Особую благодарность хочется выразить девушкам на ресепшене — Айзат и Айгерим. Спасибо вам за вашу доброжелательность, что помогли нам с бронированием. Благодарю супервайзера Мадину, так мило и вежливо нас встретила на завтраке, помогла нам с ребенком.
Также хочется отдельно поблагодарить менеджера room service Айгерим. Спасибо за ваше внимание, заботу и приятные комплименты в адрес нашего ребенка. Такие искренние знаки внимания особенно ценны для родителей.

Pros:

We had a few minor issues when we first arrived, but Ferid and the rest of the front desk management team stepped in and resolved everything incredibly fast.

Having stayed in well over 100 hotels around the world, I can confidently say that Swissôtel is worth every penny. If you are planning a trip to Kazakhstan, I highly recommend staying here.

A special shout-out to Ferid—his warm, welcoming attitude and top-tier communication skills made a massive difference. He absolutely deserves a promotion for the level of service he provides!
