A great hotel for exploring Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Fijn hotel om te logeren als je in Kaapstad bent. Vlakbij de boulevard en in de buurt van het waterfront.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de kamer, de bedden lagen heerlijk, het ontbijt en prima ligging.

Pros:

The staff were in general friendly.

Cons:

Room was very basic, the water made me very sick as I believe the glass bottle was filled with tap water as the clasp was broken so definitely not fresh water. I also wanted a sea view and the road view on the first floor was terrible. It was my first trip to Cape Town from London so I was really disappointed.

The management staff are extremely un helpful
Cons:

I left 2 diamond eternity rings in my room, as we checked out. The next day I phoned to ask about my rings and the hotel sent me a picture of my rings taken by housekeeping and said they had the rings, I could come collect them. I was on my way back to the hotel to fetch my rings when I recieved a phone call from front management at the hotel saying they no longer had the rings and the cleaning staff happened to throw them in dustbin by mistake.
The hotel are taking absolutely no responsibility for throwing two diamond eternity rings in the dustbin.

Pros:

I liked how clean and well maintained the property was, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast was really good

Cons:

The bed corners are quite sharp, I kept stubbing my foot on them!

Great hotel in a relaxing area (which will make you feel like Homel!!)
Pros:

The hotel has great facilities and everything worked perfectly during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and always smiling — they truly make you feel at home. The location is excellent, set in a very relaxing area, perfect if you want to rest and avoid busy, crowded spots. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for very restful nights.

Cons:

A small detail to note: there was no plug in the bathroom or near a mirror which made using a hairdryer a bit difficult. However, the staff were always quick to respond to any request and very supportive throughout our stay thanks to them for making the experience so pleasant.
