Clean and basic hotel
Pros:

Basic hotel room: clean and comfortable. Ok for a short layover

Cons:

Location is just outside the main touristy and shopping area, so you feel safe enough. But may be better to stay closer to the airport for shorter layovers.

Great deal and location
Pros:

The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. I had to leave for the airport quite early the next morning and they made sure I didn't go hungry. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach the airport and bus terminal. It's also only 1.5km from the malecón.

Cons:

The bathroom light faintly flickered throughout the night, as well as another light in the room, making it hard to fall asleep. Part of the floor was also coming loose.

Pros:

Me gustó que es un hotel moderno con buenas instalaciones y está bastante céntrico.

Cons:

El personal sobre todo femenino en la recepción deja mucho que desear. Mala voluntad y poca disponibilidad. No entiendo porque las mujeres trabajan en servicio al cliente si en la práctica es un trabajo que hacen de muy mala gana.
