This is a great location if you are flying out of Zurich airport. No waiting for train, bus, taxi or Uber.....You can walk to the terminal no problem. And you have access to a lot of restaurants walking distance. It is also convenient to take the train downtown. The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean, and the bed quite comfortable.

A fine modern hotel located in the airport precinct so very convenient for before/after flights. Spacious, very clean and well equipped room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were attentive. The room was very quiet which was much appreciated.
The room was overly warm upon entering. There is a temperature control in the room but it does not respond to one's input. The staff explained that the hotel does not have air conditioning, but an "air circulation system" which is centrally controlled within set limits. Clearly this doesn't work so well as it was cool in the corridor and reception area but hot in the room.
We were touring 8 countries and Zurich, Switzerland was our last tourist destination. The room we were given first in this airport hotel was larger but overlooked the HIgHway, so we requested a room facing the garden which was smaller but clean and quiet. The pillows were okay. The Staff were kind to us and despite some issues, we left with good memories. We thank the hotel for their kindness and understanding.

Ich finde es sehr schade wann man am 5.00 Uhr morgens kein gratis Kaffee bekommt 😏

Most rooms are in an Minergy/LEED-certified building that's part of the Circle and therefore you don't have full control of the room temperature. We like a room no warmer that 21°C (70°F) when it's warm out, but no matter where you set the temp, it won't go below that 21°C. However, you can request that they put you in a different area.
The breakfast buffet has become quite expensive but it literally has everything.
Convenient location and great amenities in the circle.
The rooms are way too hot for sleep in summer and guests have no control on settings. My family flew earlier than me and there was confusion about checking out.
Proximity to airport. Clean and modern rooms. Amazing blackout curtains. Bathroom well equipped.
The self service vibe of the restaurant. It seems to be understaffed and whereas the staff were SUPER nice, it took a while to get their attention.
