Wunderschöne Anlage, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und ein unkomplizierter Check-in.
Pros:

Die Anlage war total schön hergerichtet. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Check-in (Box+Code) war super einfach und unkompliziert.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Bett war für mich zu weich. Für meinen Partner war das Bett ideal.

A beautifully designed tropical escape in the heart of Eumundi with perfect amenities for relaxation
Pros:

Loved our stay at Imperial! The accommodation was stunning, you felt like you were in a tropical paradise. The room was beautifully decorated with local additions sourced from ceramicists and artists, and smelled incredible upon entering - obsessed! The bed was super comfy and gave us a great night's sleep. The addition and option of black out blinds or natural sheers was great for whatever your preference.
The location is perfect, right in the middle of Eumundi next to all the local amenities. We had no issues streaming Netflix (saw some reviews mentioned TV problems, but not for us!).
The pool, magnesium spa, and BBQ area were fantastic additions and a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day.

Cons:

One note on parking: while they offer private underground parking, we opted for the external car park as the underground space was a little tight for our car, not a dealbreaker, just something to be mindful of.

I love the design and have stayed a few times before when under the HOLA banner

Cons:

Checking in via the pub isn’t great. Wasn’t dressed for being in a pub at all and was pushed from staff member to staff member and room to room before I finally ended up out in the pokies room (hate gambling) where I was checked in. Asked about in room dining options and was advised the only option was to order from the counter at the pub but that the kitchen had just closed and wouldn’t be open again for another 3 hrs. Went hunting for some local eats but because it was a public holiday so nothing but the general
Store was open. Paid $18 for some cheese and crackers to tie me over until the pub kitchen opened again but got to the room and it didn’t even have a knife or fork, just two teaspoons. Would just suggest a different check in process, to have in room dining available, and to have at least cutlery sufficient for two people in the room. When I did order dinner later from the pub the only option I could go with was pizza because: no cutlery, and I wanted to take it away and relax not sit at the pub.

Pros:

This was the most beautiful place to stay, my sister and I had our own rooms and we just did not want to leave. The rooms, the gardens, the pool, everything about this property is just beautiful and we can’t wait to come back again.

Cons:

Nothing, we loved it.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location, Bali vibes without the plane ticket!
Pros:

Milk frother and hair straighteners were great ticks for amenities, room decor was gorgeous and the location was perfect, walking distance to everything didn’t have to use the car once

Cons:

The noise of guests upstairs moving furniture around was fairly loud so would opt for a room on the upper level if possible

Perfect accommodation, food and location
Pros:

The accommodation very new, clean, welcoming and exceeded my expectations. The hotel it is attached to is absolutely beautiful as well and has excellent food. The only comment I could add would be to say the room would benefit greatly by having a table and chairs to sit at. The whole setup exceeded my expectations and I will have a return visit just in order to stay there. I can highly recommend this to anyone.

Cons:

Apart. From needing a small table and a few chairs in the rooms, I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

Everything was sublime!
The accommodations were considered, relaxing and stylish. Quiet and wonderfully nestled amongst the rainforest trees yet only minutes to shops & restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous, comfy room in excellent location!
Pros:

Beautiful studio rooms with plenty of space and very clean. We absolutely loved how close we were to the pubs/breweries and markets. The room was super comfortable and very clean. Instructions from staff regarding check-in were detailed and easy to follow.
