One of the best rooms we have stayed in. Love how they style the room with local items.
Fantastically located across the road from Eumundi markets. The attached pub was also amazing for dinner.
Could hear a slight noise from possibly exterior air con unit or exhaust fans from pub. Not loud enough to disturb your sleep.

Requested early check in if possible as we were attending a wedding in the afternoon. Good communication letting us know the room was ready prior to normal 2pm check in. Greatly appreciated.

The description of the accommodation is very inaccurate. Boasting about 'organic accessories & furnishings, relax in the wellness centre to go back to your room with the constant burrrrrrrimg
I love the serene setting. The lovely room decor, linen throws and cushions, Leif products and the pool and spa area. The thriving plants in the surrounding gardens are so green and welcoming.

The rooms were large, clean modern and accessible. The pool and spa were a great surprise and the location of the hotel in the town was great, close to all the local eats, attractions and shops. Communication with the staff were excellent, especially that it was a completely self check-in and out process.

Location was perfect, in the middle of town and directly opposite the markets. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the surrounding gardens were lovely. The pub did a great meal and there were cafes and a bakery a 2 min walk away.
The garage door was a little temperamental and I had to exit the car and physically press the button to open the door from the inside. The card swipe outside also didn't work and I had to leave the vehicle, walk around to the carpark from the other side, and go in and press the manual button. The nespresso pod machine is a nice touch, but I would advise bringing your own pods as the ones supplied were very ordinary - maybe that's just me :) - I would call the room more of a hotel room than a studio apartment.

Our room was beautiful and ver spacious spacious with an absolutely gorgeous bathroom and we had our own little private balcony too. The location could not be more perfect - right across the road from the Eumundi markets and right behind the Imperial Hotel. It was really quiet inside the room too. The locked box check-in process was super easy, parking was easy - right beside the lift up to our room. The outdoor pool/spa area felt like being on our own little Balinese getaway. Would definitely stay here again.
The bed was huge, but way too soft. You sank right into it. The lounge area, while it was absolutely beautiful - wasn't practical to sit at, at all. You couldn't sit properly at the seating area along the wall as it was too upright, really hard and needed to be deeper so you could sit properly.
