Reconfortante
Pros:

El tema de la privacidad y el tamaño de la habitación. Es confortable y permite tanto el descanso como el trabajo con un internet estable. ME siento tranquilo.

El tema de la facturación, fué muy retrasada la entrega por equivocación en mi correo.

Considero que el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, lo cual le da mucho potencial para sobresalir;

El personal fue amable, aunque a la comida le falta más sazón; los chilaquiles se me hicieron demasiado simples.

Cons:

Me hospedé únicamente una noche (Año Nuevo) y no pude subir al bar, que era uno de los principales motivos de mi reserva. Llegué alrededor de las 12:50 a. m. debido a un retraso en mi vuelo, lo cual influyó en la experiencia.

Además, considero de mal gusto por etiqueta que se mencione el tema de la propina. Me he hospedado en varios hoteles del país y jamás me habían hecho ese comentario. No estoy en contra de dar propina —siempre lo hago—, pero considero que debe quedar al criterio del cliente y no mencionarse, incluso en un hotel todo incluido.

Entre las habitaciones se escucha un poco de ruido. Durante mi estancia no funcionó el room service habitación 611. Como que no funciona la linea. Tuvimos que subir a pedir comida

por el precio fue la peor opcion

la verdad lo unico es el personal donde desayunamos muy amables

el desayuno no me gusto la verdad y lo peor es las camas no son matrimoniales no entran dos personas en esa cama.

Estancia espectacular
Pros:

En la noche tienen una terraza donde puedes ir a pasar el tiempo, tiene un pequeño restaurante de pizzas y la vista es increíble. El desayuno igual es espectacular. El valet te trae tu carro, tu solo esperas en recepción.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, the chilaquiles were the best. Enrique, the server, was very attentive and he made us feel like family. The overall experience was 10 out of 10. Thank you Gumont!
