A modern new hotel conveniently located near the airport
Pros:

An interesting and rather unique new hotel. According to the brochures, there were supposed to be cars displayed in the corridors and various other fun features, but those appeared to be part of the business areas, I assume. Even so, it was an enjoyable experience for a one-night stay.

There was a parking garage in the basement with direct elevator access to the rooms. On the day of arrival, it would have been possible to have something to eat from the buffet downstairs, although the selection was somewhat limited.

The room itself was modern, albeit on the small side. Breakfast was plentiful and served in the restaurant on the 12th floor.

Cons:

One unusual incident occurred on the morning of our departure. At around 9:00 AM, while I was taking some luggage down to the car, a member of the housekeeping staff who did not appear to speak any common language with us seemed to be trying to determine which room we were staying in.

After breakfast, we returned to find that our room had already been prepared for cleaning: the bed linen had been removed and piled onto the bed, even though we still had a couple of hours left before check-out. Once we explained the situation, the staff member left without any issue.

The experience felt somewhat awkward and unusual, and we eventually decided to depart earlier than planned. I mentioned the incident at reception and was kindly offered complimentary parking as compensation.

Great - it has everything. Couldn’t be better

I’ve found the hotel on TikTok from viral videos, and didn’t expect to be THIS GOOD overall. Didn’t check it much before, but it had everything. Good sound insulation, great cosmetics, good tv, comfortable bed, quality room, good restaurant, and of course the car balcony. It was superb!

Absolut enttäuschend , trotz sehr guter Auswahl von Speisen beim Frühstück , eine überdominierende Angestellte die dort

Sauberkeit , gute Auswahl beim Frühstück , evtl Eierspeisen werden zubereitet , kein Pulverrührei wie in Düsseldorf , Aussicht vom Restaurant gut ! Freundliches Persinal im Café des Erdegeschosses !

Cons:

4Sternehotel bei dem mit dem IPad eingebuchrt wird ok Personal steht neben ihnen ! Bei aller neuen Zeit , professionell ist das nicht ! Frühstück im Restaurant 12 . Etage ! Ok kein Filterkaffee . Sie suchen den Automat für Kaffee , finden keinen, nur einen Automat in der Mitte des Restaurants , wobei es sich hier mehr um einen professionellen Baristaautomat handelt ,der offen zugänglich ist und beinanderen fehlenden Automaten ( welche wenig einsehbar sind ) . Keine Absperrung hinter dem Automaten , nicht nur ich versuchen dort Kaffee zu bekommen , mit dem Erfolg einen Einlauf von der leitenden Angestellten zu bekommen , die aus als solches mit nicht als freundlich entgegen kommend beurteilt werden kann. Hatte bis auf eine Ausnahme den Eindruck das hier nicht gerade ein gutes Arbeitsverhältnis war .
Dann mein Zimmer mit Ausicht auf den Flughafen auf die Startbahn / Landebahn war ein Witz , ein kleiner Ausschnitt von der 7. Etage auf den Flughafen Bild folgt dafür muss man dann extra bezahlen. Es war kein Planespotting es war der Skyline people.mover welchen ich gesehen habe. Das ist direkt gesagt grenzwertige Täuschung . Warum habe ich dieses Hotel gewählt ! In Düsseldorf gibt es ein weiteres Hotel dieser Hotelgruppe welches einen ganz anderen Eindruck , einen absolut positiven Eindruck auf mich gemacht hat.
