Cross Pattaya Pratamnak

This is our first time in Thailand and everything is already wonderful. The hotel looks amazing, but most importantly, the staff is very friendly, especially Nan, Thanya, and M. They helped us check in, gave us drinks, and cold towels. I recommend it!

We had the most wonderful breakfast in Pattaya—truly the best we’ve ever experienced.
Sitting there in the soft morning light, the view was just lovely, so serene and beautiful. It was such a special way to start the day. We absolutely recommend it.

Khun Ya at the front desk was very kind — she upgraded our room and took great care of my grandpa by arranging an additional rubber pad on the floor in our room. All the staff were polite, friendly, and always served with a smile.
The hotel is clean, private, and offers great food.

I had an excellent experience at Cross Pattaya Pratumnak. My partner and I stayed here for a relaxing couples' retreat, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel has a wonderfully serene and modern atmosphere that truly feels like a hidden gem away from the city's hustle.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the stunning view from our balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made a huge difference. The hotel's facilities, especially the pool area, were fantastic and well-maintained. We spent hours just unwinding by the water.

Loved the relaxing vibe here. Breakfast was great with both à la carte and buffet including sparkling. The pool is very chill and the newly renovated Kliff Beach Club is beautiful with delicious food. Perfect place to unwind in Pattaya.

Cross pratumnak is a fabulous place to stay, it's beautiful in every way, superior service from the porter to the concierge, management, super nice and friendly. Enjoyed my stay immensely relaxing, it reminded me of someone like 007 would stay. Gorgeous garden, pool, gym, spar, it has all you need for a peaceful stay.
Food places all within walking distance.

Clean hotel, high-end service, staff are very polite and well-mannered, the hotel is in a very quiet area and far from the noise, but the simple defect is that the swimming pool menu does not have pizza or chips, and this is a simple matter, but the room, bathroom and lobby are beautiful and the staff are even nicer

It was an amazing experience staying at Cross Pattaya Pratamnak!
The hospitality was top notch ! The room was very spacious and the view was incredibly gorgeous !
The Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a variety of indian food as well as fresh fruits and juices! The overall ambience of the property was very inviting and warm felt like a big hug far away from home!
I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a clean beach right outside their hotel as well as good popular tourist places to visit nearby!
