Great base for exploring Manchester
Pros:

This is my second stay here, booked again cos I'm a solo traveller and I felt safe. Great location for transport links and local amenities. Room was clean, comfortable with a hot shower and tea/coffee facilities. Nice cosy bar set up too.

Cons:

I wish the curtains were black out ones or at least fully covered the window as light crept through to luminate the room as I slept.

Comfy mid range hotel in good location
Pros:

Great location, good sized room, comfy bed, nice bar

Cons:

Bar closing earlier than advertised, which now appears to be becoming endemic in this brand of hotel

Posizione fantastica e struttura molto accogliente
Pros:

Ottima struttura in pieno centro a St. Peter Square, ideale perché è possibile prendere comodamente diverse linee del tram per spostarsi in varie zone della città. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, buona anche l'insonorizzazione. Ottima la colazione ed il personale è molto gentile. Una bellissima scoperta a Manchester!

Ideal hotel and location for a short stay
Pros:

The hotel is right in the middle of Manchester with a tram station at the front of the hotel and good cafes and restaurants at a short walk. Location is the key as the trams service to almost all parts of Manchester. Hotel had all the required facilities you would expect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The only downside was the housekeeping. Towels were only changed when we requested and bed making was not the best.

Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Good range of food to choose from, relaxed setting, comfy bed, nice bathroom, appreciate the handwash and shower gel provided. Well located for the event we were attending.

Cons:

Reception staff struggled to check us in due to problems with the system. They also forgot to provide a bottle of water. Poor wi-fi signal throughout the building.
