It was very conveniently located and the Staff was very helpful. The food also was very good, had dinner there. The room was comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep.
The parking was limited and bit tight for my SUV. The rooms had a worn down feel.
The room itself was decent, but unfortunately nothing else stood out due to the overall poor experience.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I accidentally left behind a pair of shoes worth approximately ₹12,000. The hotel confirmed that they had found them, but despite numerous phone calls and messages, they never returned them and eventually stopped responding altogether. This level of service is unacceptable. There was also no proper parking facility, which made the stay even more inconvenient. This property is nowhere near the standards expected from a Marriott Bonvoy affiliated hotel. I strongly believe Marriott should reconsider collaborating with this property until it improves its service and professionalism.

Booked a suite room twice for stopover stays during onward ( Late May) & return ( mid June - staying currently) travels via hubbali. Chose this hotel with an expectation of fairly good standards because of Marriott name but it’s a huge disappointment. 2nd time was far worse than 1st time.
Wondering if there’s any assessment and upgrade for the property and operations and training for people take place or not before Marriott name is added to these properties.
Broken things in the room including switchboards and flooring, dirty curtains with broken hooks not properly covering non functional things like calling bell, mini fridge (replaced after reporting). Bath rooms are terrible with damage in walls & woods and shaking taps. These damages are not only factors of inconvenience but also safety risk.
In room dining, food is good but service is NOT. It takes forever to get a simple coffee. In room dining menu has an item I Special Breakfast (breakfast in room) and the contents which is a kind of combination of American breakfast & Indian breakfast but the staff have no idea about it. During 1st stay last month, my family preferred breakfast in room and I wanted go to restaurant for the buffet. It was a huge challenge explaining to them about the breakfast in room, an item that’s there in their menu. After explaining to several people, they finally sent. this was last time. I’m sure there’ll be same challenge again tomorrow morning.
While my family had breakfast in room, I chose to go for breakfast in the restaurant, More shock was waiting there. There were not so many people but I had to wait for a long time to get a table because they hadn’t cleaned tables even after people left .
Positives are people in housekeeping, Bell desk, etc., who are very prompt in service and with positive attitude & good smile.
Hope Marriott and the local management work on the necessary upgrade of the property and training people to truly bring this property upto Marriott standards which will help improve customer satisfaction and the of course business for the hotel.
I had a wonderful solo stay at this hotel. The entire experience was comfortable, peaceful, and truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Sunil for his exceptional hospitality and friendly nature. He was always helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

We had booked this hotel at last moment and found the Hotel to be pretty good. We had food at therestarant and it was reasonable and tasted delicious. The staff is very warm and helpful.
We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at The Fern Residency Hubballi during our visit to Hubli for hospital-related work near Suchirayu Hospital.
The hotel is excellently located on Gokul Road connecting to Airport Road, making travel very convenient. Its close proximity to Suchirayu Hospital was extremely helpful for our family during this period.

Swimming pool was not usable. Gym didnt have lights. Treadmill didnt work. Staff struggled to speak in Kannada or English. Even their Hindi was not understandable.
