Very disappointing experience. The service is so pathetic. I struggled to connect to the wifi when we checked in. I was assisted by the restaurant staff. You have to wait for more than 30 minutes for any request. Waited for over 40 minutes for a towel. English is a universal language but sadly so, its so difficult to communicate with personnel in this hotel and for them to understand your request. Our first breakfast was very disappointing. There were no glasses available for juices . No cutlery or serviettes on table. I asked for milk coffee and received black. I had to leave for sight seeing so I couldn't wait for another. We have been traveling through india for 5 weeks and never experienced such poor service. Every request is a delay and a frustrating wait.
FREN, Belagavi offers a great experience with a delicious food spread and clean & comfortable rooms. The service is warm and the stay feels truly pleasant. Highly recommended

The room cleaning service is super nice, the staff riyana made sure that she cleaned the room properly and catered to what all we needed in the room, she was sweet enough to listen and do her job patiently, lovely staff, lovely hotel to stay in!

Many things, electric charger was available but due to a fault it was not functional and hotel staff did not make any attempt to fix it or try to help us. Ev charging station was main reason to stay as other very good hotels were available at same price point. Even though from booking.com we booked for 1 single and 1 double bed property gave us a room with a double bed claiming that this was the best room. They then gave us an extra bed and had us pay 1k more. Had we known both these points earlier we would not even have opted it. Breakfast service was non existential, taste of food was below average. Despite asking several times none of the items in buffet were kept fresh or replenished. One of the most disappointing experiences
Room: Television Remotes not working - old, dead batteries. Air Conditioner remote not working. Air Conditioner controls not working (had to be set from their back-end.) The restaurant was understaffed, and the food service was terrible. Some of the food served during breakfast was stale and straight out of the refrigerator. Problems with Billing - was denied the discount on food that was offered by Bookings.com. Had to haggle with the staff to get a parking spot.
Good business hotel. Clean room and supportive staff. Good food and easy connectivity to Railway station and Air port.
