La atención fue increíble. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la reservación pero se solucionó muy rápido. Todo el personal fue muy atento :) recomiendo 100%

La ubicación es excelente
El baño de mi habitación tenía un panel de cristal que faltaba y por lo tanto se mojaba todo. La cama casi topaba en el baño, la habitación era muy pequeña.
Otra cosa que me molesta es que no cambien las sábanas.
El hotel es muy céntrico a todo de lo que tengo que hacer y presentar de mis obras. Tambien era mi vecindario cuando viví unos 10 anos en Ciudad Mexico.
Todo bien, conozco bien el vecindario, no hay que mejorar nada para mi.
Almoadas muy duras y altas
The staff was very polite and helpful, and the location is excellent—close to restaurants and shops—and we were picked up right there for all the tours we took. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
To be honest, there wasn't anything in particular that made me feel bad.
