The breakfast was ok but the coffee terrible so we went out for breakfast although it was included with the price

The rooms lacked basic amenities like electric kettle and glasses, blanket provided was too thin to counter the chill in the room, due to lack of sunlight in the hotel, rooms.were extra cold.

Everything about this place was off.
It felt more like a low-budget hostel for teenagers than an actual hotel. There was no proper WiFi, no functioning air conditioning, and the door locks didn’t work, which is a basic safety issue. The room had barely any usable power outlets, several light bulbs were out, and the TV didn’t work.
The soap dispensers were broken, and overall maintenance seemed completely neglected. On top of that, the noise from the street was constant and loud, making it hard to sleep.
The most frustrating part was the staff. They were unresponsive, made promises to fix things, and then disappeared. No follow-through, no accountability.
This place needs serious upgrades and better management before it can call itself a hotel. I would not stay here again.

les prestations sont globalement très décevantes.
Les chambres sont de qualité très bas de gamme : oreillers extrêmement durs et inconfortables (impossible d’y dormir), présence de taches sur les draps, absence de petites serviettes et serviettes principales vétustes. Le distributeur de gel douche était cassé.

La chambre présentait également une forte odeur de canalisation, et la douche inondait systématiquement la salle de bain.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Située en rez-de-chaussée et très mal insonorisée, la chambre est bruyante : réveils fréquents tôt le matin ou en pleine nuit en cas de passages.

Les parties communes sont également problématiques : odeur de vomi et toilettes femmes hors service.

Enfin, le check-out est annoncé à midi avec une tolérance de 60 minutes selon le règlement intérieur, mais à 12h04 il nous a été demandé de quitter immédiatement la chambre, sans flexibilité.

I don't know where to being. I ended up changing rooms. The first room had a ceiling fan, with no fan blades ... and with 80+F outside temperatures the room was hot, even in the evening. That room had no wi-fi signal nor a remote control for the television. I was back and forth to Reception reporting the problems and was told I'd have to wait for the next day to see if any other rooms were available. Other guests were complaining to the Reception staff about the lack of wi-fi which was only available in the lobby.

Eventually, though, I was taken to a different room. The room did not have a wi-fi signal but there was a proper ceiling fan and a remote control for the tv. The room was equipped with a king size bed. However, the hotel does not have king size sheets and the short bedsheet kept bunching up and I found myself sleeping, at times, on the mattress itself ... a mattress without a protective cover. The lack of a protective cover allows for guest staining and potentially safe harbor for bedbugs (none that I observed).

The room had just two single electrical outlets, including the one in the bathroom, and none was bedside.

I did not take advantage of the complimentary continental breakfast included in the room price.

I was uncomfortable with the situation, but my stay was short and instead of finding a different hotel I just accepted it. I will not return to this hotel.
