Schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage - Wir kommen wieder :)

Gute zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Keine Anfahrtsmöglichkeit mit dem Auto, Hoteleingang nur zu Fuss erreichbar. Hat die Anfahrt zum Hotel etwas erschwert.

Pros:

Excellent location. Just a ten-minute walk from the railway station. Public transport, malls, shops, restaurants, and bars are all nearby - everything you could need.
The staff is very pleasant and polite. The room is fully equipped, clean, and in good condition. Great mattress; I had a perfect night's sleep!

Cons:

Wi-Fi. Doesn't work.
I couldn't connect once during my entire stay. I only managed to reach the login page once, but even that didn't help.
It can also get noisy on weekends due to the restaurants downstairs.

Pros:

Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Fantastische locatie, direct aan het begin van de winkelstraat. Heel rustig dankzij de geluidsisolerende ramen. Supervriendelijke en eersteklas service, een zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met uitzicht op het centrale plein. Een echte aanrader.

İşletme ve Yönetim Eksiklikleri Nedeniyle Beklentilerin Çok Altında Bir Deneyim

Otel, sahip olduğu potansiyele rağmen ne yazık ki yönetim hataları ve yetersiz yatırım nedeniyle oldukça verimsiz bir işletme profili çiziyor. Konaklamam süresince karşılaştığım temel sorunları şu şekilde özetleyebilirim:
• Fiziksel Koşullar ve Bakım: Otelin ses yalıtımı oldukça yetersiz; koridordaki tüm hareketlilik odanın içindeymiş gibi hissediliyor. Başka bir otelden dönüştürülmüş olmasının etkisiyle eşyalar oldukça eskimiş. Özellikle yatağın her harekette gıcırdaması konforu ciddi şekilde zedeliyor. Acil bir yenileme ve bakım çalışmasına ihtiyaç duyulduğu çok açık.
• Hizmet ve Temizlik: Giriş yaptığımda tarafıma tahsis edilen ilk odanın temizlenmemiş olması büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Personelin bilgilendirme ve yönlendirme konusundaki yetersizliği ise süreci daha da zorlaştırdı.
• İletişim ve Operasyonel Hatalar: Otelin alt katındaki meyhane için rezervasyon gerekip gerekmediğini resepsiyona ısrarla sormama rağmen, 'her zaman yer olduğu' bilgisi verildi. Ancak akşam gittiğimizde yer bulamadık. Bu hatalı yönlendirme yüzünden yağmurlu havada ve aç bir şekilde dışarıda mekan aramak durumunda kaldık.
• Müşteri Memnuniyeti Yaklaşımı: Yaşanan bu aksaklıkların hiçbirinde telafi edici bir adım atılmaması ve müşteri memnuniyetini odağa alan bir çözüm üretilmemesi, işletmecilik anlayışının zayıflığını gösteriyor.
Özetle; gerekli yatırımların yapılmaması ve operasyonel süreçlerin doğru yönetilememesi sebebiyle, mevcut yapısıyla sürdürülebilir ve başarılı bir hizmet sunmaktan oldukça uzak bir işletme. Profesyonel bir vizyon değişimi olmadığı sürece işletmenin sürdürülebilirliği mümkün değil
