新潟駅から１５分以内にあるので酔いを覚ますのにちょうどよい
セキュリティがしっかりしている印象
提携している駐車場が多いため駐車場に困らない

Cons:

エアコンがホテル全体での管理であったため、冷房と暖房の切り替えが効かず窓を空けても暑かったため、あまり良く寝れませんでした

途中から家族と宿泊したのにも関わらず、家族と同階にして頂き有り難かったです

駅近く分かりやすい
飲食店も周りにある
朝和食も美味しい
部屋も清潔で悪臭もなかった
奥の部屋だったせいか、とても静か

Pros:

朝食が絶品でした！
殻ごと食べられるエビの刺し身も全く生臭くなく、楽しみにしていたお米も、土鍋で目の前で炊いていたので本当に美味しかったです。

Cons:

わかっていたことなので文句はないですが、やっぱり部屋は狭く設備は少ないです。寝るだけの場所という感じです。

部屋は良かったと思う
Pros:

清潔感があった
が、グラスを逆さにして引き出しにそのまま入れてあったので、口をつけるのに抵抗がありました。

ロビーやエレベーターの扉の内側など、
けばけばしい、趣味の悪いデザインが気になります。
朝食は、あまり美味しいものがなかったです。
