Camere silenziose, possibilità di usufruire di acqua gratuitamente nella hall e di deposito bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check-out (personale gentilissimo che si è anche offerto di prenotarci un taxi per l'aeroporto).

Cons:

L'atteggiamento poco accogliente e poco empatico di un membro dello staff al momento del check-in presso la struttura (per fortuna unica eccezione, per il resto personale molto disponibile e cordiale).

Exceptional experience
Pros:

The staff were outstanding a speical mention to Ken, Alanna, and another lady manager i didnt catch her name they just couldnt do enough for ya.

nous n'hésiterons pas à y séjourner de nouveau lors d'un prochain passage à Dublin
Pros:

personnel a l'écoute, propreté de l'établissement ainsi que qualité du pdj.
La situation de l’hôtel à dans le centre de Dublin et proche d'un arrêt de bus (que je conseille de prendre avec la carte leapcard visitor).

Everything was great, apart from that one employee. 9/10.
Pros:

I almost paid more for a different hotel that was at a lower quality, but I was highly surprised by the property and how professional it looked.

Cons:

Not the property itself, all of the staff were nice except one in particular that really annoyed me that evening. I was following a staff member to my bags and he was unsure where my items were, the other guy just butts in and says I can’t be in here, I explained I was literally asked to come in to identify my bag, he repeats the same thing…I’m thinking hello? Where’s your common sense? I’m pretty sure he is a supervisor, and has an ego. Next time maybe pay attention to what is happening instead of ignoring what the customer and the other person in front of you is saying.

Good value for money, great location.
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast, good facilities in the room. Staff helpful with tips for Dublin, also professional when leaving luggage there during the leaving day.

Cons:

Tiny space in the room, missing a fridge in the room - but overall good value for money. Ventilation in one room bathroom was not working, but air con was ok and also we could vent via a window.
