We paid for a ‘Superiour Double Room’ and there was nothing superior about it. It was tiny.
Room was very small and basic.
The location was exceptional and next door to a market, lots of wonderful Cafes, shopping, and lots attractions were a short walk away.
Quiet street also. There was always a space available to load and unload in front of the hotel which was very helpful when we arrived and left the hotel.
The staff was amazing. KEN specifically was so friendly and helpful and gave us the best tip for a great bakery. He literally walked outside the building with us to point us in the right direction.
The lobby was so comfortable and beautiful. I was able to visit with a cousin there in nice big comfy chairs and it was so nice.
The restaurant inside is a nice convenience.
Public parking was a bit of a walk but not their fault.
The main reason why I gave 9 and not 10 was because the room was very tight and we had a hard time finding a place to open our suitcases, and besides the beds there was no space or chair to sit on.

Location is a few minutes walk from the Convention Center so quite convenient for events participation.
Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant is a nice solution if you want to stay in.
The bathroom is extremely small.

The location was excellent, so close to the centre and everything we needed, plus a Tesco just next door for any essentials. Relaxed lounge area with a bar and the breakfast were a great asset too. But is was the staff who really made our stay special. So friendly and helpful, responding to our requests for extra towels, tea bags, borrowing scissors, etc.
The twin rooms are not that large, but as expected for a city centre location.
