Exceeded expectations. Wonderful boutique hotel with lots of thoughtful extras.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Lovely boutique hotel with lots of added extras. Staff were excellent.
Breakfast was very good and Udon soup in the evening was delicious. Highly recommend.

Prachtig verblijf in heel fijn hotel op een fijne locatie!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel er rustig gelegen met hele mooie kamers en superfijne douche en bad, op een perfecte locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Je werd welkom geheten met een Japanse tweets Dango en thee. Het drinken wat in je kamer staat en drinken in de lounge zijn allemaal gratis. Ze geven erg goede adviezen waar te eten. Ga zeker eten bij Goisai Machiya Washoku. Bij uitchecken kreeg je nog een zakje met gekleurde koekjes met een schattig briefje waar ze je bedanken dat je uit alle hotels in Kanazawa hun hotel had gekozen. Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken! Zou er volgende keer weer verblijven!

Hotel molto carino a Kanazawa
Pros:

Struttura davvero molto accogliente, posizione vicino alla stazione centrale. Silenziosa, camera molto bella e personale gentile.

Cons:

Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und sogar einigen Raffinessen (Duschkabine als Trockner) ausgestattet, eine kleine kulinarische Aufmerksamkeit zum Empfang und Getränke im Kühlschrank sind nette Gesten des überaus freundlichen Personals. Die Lage ist günstig zwischen Bahnhof und den Sehenswürdigkeiten (den Ausflug ans Meer, Uchinada, nicht vergessen, dort gibt es herrliche Sonnenuntergänge). Eine freundliche Oase.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte kaum Tageslicht und keine Aussicht, aber das kommt in Japan ja sehr oft vor, das Zimmer war trotzdem schön.

We had a very nice stay of two nights. The staff were wonderful and the hotel was impecably clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included but we did buy it for our first morning. It was a Japanese breakfast which was very interesting and we would have done it for our second morning but we didn't book it in time. The hotel is very new and clean and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are modern and well designed but they are quite small. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were the best we encountered this trip. So my only hesitation on giving and A+ rating is the room size. btw, the hotel looks very small from the street but it's actually deceptively large.

Cons:

A little more room to move would have been nice.

very lovely and authentic hotel in good location for station and other sights. staff were helpful
Pros:

lovely room with additional extras like drinks and bath salts, much appreciated - very kind staff. They recommended and booked a restaurant for us - Fuwari - and it was lovely - make sure you request sitting downstairs at the chef's bar

the air conditioning was rather noisy

Pros:

Very friendly staff. You get a welcome snack and a thank you present at the end. We were on our honeymoon and the staff drew a congratulatory card for us and gave us a small additional present.
The rooms are modern and bright and use lots of wood. There are some Japanese touches here and there.
Drinks in the minibar were included.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Kanazawa zu erkunden. Das nächste Mal würde ich länger bleiben!
Das Zimmer war großzügig, sehr schön möbliert, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Mitarbeitende, ein tolles Frühstück, abgestimmt auf die bei der Ankunft angegebenen Wünsche. Gepäckaufbewahrung war problemlos möglich, hilfreich war auch die Restaurantreservierung. Zum Abschied gab es ein kleines Geschenk mit einer persönlichen Nachricht. Absolute Empfehlung und ich würde in Kanazawa immer wieder nur hier übernachten wollen.

Highly recommend just for the wonderful location and the staff.
Pros:

Loved the staff, the breakfasts, juice and tea available at all times in the main ground floor room, and free drinks in our mini fridge in our room.

Cons:

The sound from the main ground floor carried easily into our suite, and the room didn’t have a comfortable place to sit. I would recommend replacing the wooden bench with a sofa.
