Spacious on pedestrian street.
Pros:

Nice space in room and bathroom. Confortable and new. Located in quite pedestrian street, just close to market, 12 min from station. Many amenities offered, on evening noodles, sweets at arrival and a souvenir at checkout.

Cannot fault this hotel!

This was one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve stayed in! Comfy beds and pillows, sandals and slippers available for wearing inside and in the bathroom, incredible shower and onsen-style bath, all amenities that you could imagine available, all beverages in the fridge were included at no extra cost. You received tea and sweets upon check-in, light dinner was also included if you wished, and tea, coffee and hot chocolate was free and always available at any time of day! Umbrellas available for those rainy days and the staff were unbelievably wonderful!

The facility is not to our expectation , however , the staff made up for it , they were very good

Nothing , it was not to my expectation , there was no proper reception area , felt like a train station with constant traffic

Room small , no sitting area
No value for money
The suite which we book initially was a real shocker , claustrophobic. We changed rooms immediately

מלון מצוין מכל הבחינות!! אנשי צוות מקסימים ושירותיים, החדר ממש יפה ונוח! דאגו לנו לכל דבר ופינקו אותנו לכבוד ירח הדבש שלנו. מקבלים ממתק יפני בהגעה ובערב מרק אודון בחינם. יש קפה ושתייה קלה חופשית בלובי. בחדר יש מיני-בר ללא עלות.

Las instalaciones. Aunque el tamaño de la habitación era un poco justa para 4 personas, estuvimos muy a gusto allí. La máquina de café de la entrada fue un plus estupendo!!
