Great location, friendly staff, new hotel, rooms a bit small for 4
Pros:

Excellent new hotel. Great location and no noise from the road. Good breakfast and a restaurant if needed.
Friendly staff. Clean and well presented rooms

Cons:

We booked a room for 4 people, and it came with a temporary bed, which was fine for a child, but it may the room very cramped. Rooms for 4 in Japan are notoriously hard to find especially in hotels.

Chambre familiale non adaptée
Pros:

Très bon emplacement.
Propre.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes dont deux enfants de 10 et 12 ans qui nous a été automatiquement proposé par booking. Je n’ai pas regardé en détail.
En arrivant à l’hôtel, on nous a expliqué que ça serait trop étroit. Les chambres proposées contenait deux lits simples de 100cm de largeur.
Nous avons du prendre une deuxième chambre .
On a donc doublé notre note pour 3 nuits. Il aurait été agressif d’avoir été prévenu lors de la réservation .

Gute Lage, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut für alle Unternehmungen. Trotz der Lage an der belebten Straße war es ausreichend ruhig.
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Trotzdem das Hotel recht neu ist, zeigten die Teppiche auf den Fluren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Sauberkeit war okay, aber nicht so perfekt wie wir das in den anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise erlebt haben.

Good location and good food. Mismanagement of booking by hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in good location, 10 min walk from the metro and waking distance from all major landmarks. The breakfast was very good and hotel offered free apéro with drinks and nice snacks every evening from 6.00 to 8.00 and free non alcoholic drinks during 1-4 pm. The has very spacious entrance with nice design of trees on the side.

Cons:

So one thing that was a real problem was that I booked the hotel for 4 persons (2adults and 2 kids age 12). When we entered the room there were 2 beds (big size) and a couch. When I inquired about this the receptionist said that it’s Japanese tradition that kids co sleep with parents. Which is to us veto strange as it was our 3rd hotel in Japan and this has not happened anywhere. To move to bigger room they asked asked 140 eur per night. Then we asked for additional bed linen for the couch (which was not provided initially) and they charged us 20 eur per night for bed linen. Now we have traveled quite a bit in many countries and these 2 things never happened.

Een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in de drukke stad.

Hele fijne kamer, rustige plek in drukke stad en de locatie. Ook hebben we genoten van de workshops en de drankjes in de lounge.
