It was enjoyable and the staff were very friendly

Nice hotel a few quirky issues.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and spacious with an excellent fitness facility. There is water and coffee available in the lobby. The stairwells are well lit. There were plenty of towels and the rooms are a nice size. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

There was a strange electrical chirping noise coming from the nightstand in between our beds. When I attempted to call the front desk the phone didn't work. I walked down and the exceptionally helpful front desk clerk came up to investigate. He ended up disconnecting the outlet under the nightstand which curred the chirping but left us without a convenient way to plug in our phones.

In a similar vein several of the lamps in the room did not work regardless of unplugging and plugging them back in. While these little issues were annoying, overall it is a very nice property and the staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Pros:

Room was nice. Breakfast was great nice selections of iteams.

Cons:

Ice machine not on 1st floor. Clients parking in between other cars in the handicap parking space in t he striped area.

The staff is excellent and I would recommend staying here whenever you are in C-ville.
Pros:

We found out when we were checking out that there’s a discount if you are staying for medical purposes, which is why we book hotels in Cville most of the time. The front desk staff is top notch as always, especially my girl Mary. Mary looks out for my Mom every time we stay here and that’s a huge plus.

Cons:

The iron. It leaked water all over my pants and it took a lot longer to get them to be presentable as a result.

Great place to stay near interstate 64. Great facility and excellent front desk staff!
Pros:

Very nice, clean beds, 24hr coffee.the best though was Mary at the front desk she was amazingly helpful and so nice!

Had a wonderful time.
Pros:

The room was quite special. We did not partake of any meals offered by the hotel but their coffee was excellent. The location was great. We had no complaints at all.

The breakfast was excellent. Gluten free muffins! Delicious hot eggs, sausage. Juices, bagels, cereal. Yum

Cons:

My check in experience was difficult. The problem started when I arrived before the check in date. I had originally provided a check in time around 3pm. I arrived at noon. I could not check in early which I understood however I explained to the check in clerk that I would be returning until late. When I did arrive around 9pm, they had reported me as a no show. The clerk had difficulty with the computer system and had to call two different people to help him assign a room for me on the computer, took a while. The next evening my room key would not work. All of the team were very courteous and professional. However, I think that the problem started when the staff person I dealt with at noon did not update the reservation system to show I would be arriving later than originally scheduled.

Our stay was mediocre.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location was in a good area. I liked the products in the bathroom.

Cons:

The floor was dirty in our room and the pullout sofa needed to be replaced-very old and raggedy. The breakfast was ok and there was only one lady trying to do everything on her own. The pancake machine stopped working. One of our lamps did not work in our room. Also, the ice machine was all the way on the first floor as opposed to having one on each floor.
