A very good hotel with excellent proximity to the Scandinavian ferries
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, which was a nice surprise. It's not often you experience that. The pub restaurant was very good--lively atmosphere, nice waiter, and good food.

Cons:

It would be nice with a more detailed description of the parking facilities, their location, and how much they cost. That's not clear from the hotel description.

Praktisk, rent og god beliggenhet
Pros:

Sentralt og praktisk. Bra bar/ pub i hotellet som viser sport.

Cons:

Litt liten kapasitet under frokosten med mange gjester samtidig, ble kø foran maten.

Wir waren zufrieden und können es weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Gute Lage, Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Schöne Sicht auf die Schiffe und viele Restaurants im Umkreis. Wir haben uns sehr über die Getränke zum selbst bedienen gefreut.

Cons:

Das Preis -Leistungs- Verhältnis für das Frühstück Buffet.

Tolle Lage um an Board der Kreuzfahrtschiffe zu gehen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist schön, sehr modern, toller Stil. Alles sehr sauber. Tolle Lage in Kiel. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, bequem um an Board der AIDA zu gehen. Toll ist der späte Check Out. Man kann ich Ruhe noch ein bisschen von Kiel ansehen und dann auf dem Schiff einchecken.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbufett könnte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl bieten, wir fanden es eher spärlich.
Und insgesamt waren im Frühstücksraum 6 Fernseher an. Direkt früh schon Bildschirmstarren angesagt, ich finde das irgendwie sehr unnötig und auch unangenehm und ungesund, vor allem wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

Gerne immer wieder
Pros:

Zimmer zur Meer-, Wasserseite sind vom Ausblick her sehr schön. Die Hausseite lädt wenig zum Verweilen im Zimmer ein. Familienzimmer von der Größe her für uns ausreichend. Lobby war ob der Außentemperatur und sich öffnender Türen etwas zugig. Frühstück wurde auch bei Andrang (Aida-Abfahrt) gut bewerkstelligt.
Rezeption 24h besetzt, was sehr gut war, da wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Auch die Kinderfreundlichkeit des Personals war vorbildlich! Kaffee-, Tee-, Wasserautomat in der Lobby immer zugänglich. Das Restaurant ist abends gut besucht und man findet trotzdem einen Platz, wenn man nicht mehr los will. Ansonsten ist in der Umgebung alles zu finden. Mülleimer vor den Aufzügen, top. Wieso haben das nicht alle Hotels?!? Angesichts der Auslastung und einiger Kinder im Hotel war es sehr ruhig in der Nacht und am Morgen, trotz Zimmern in Aufzugnähe und Fitnessraum.
Wir hatten zwei Buchungen/ Zimmer. Vielleicht hätten sie näher beieinander liegen können, aber so hatten wir wenigstens einmal Wasserblick ;-)

Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut organisiert! Guts Frühstück und ein ordentliches Restaurant!
Besonders hat mir das immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Team des Hotels gefallen!!!

Positives und negatives halten sich die Waage. Eigentlich schade, da es dich um eine schöne Location
Pros:

Das Frühstück war O.K. , die Speisen aber nicht wirklich von guter Qualität.
Die Sportsbar am Abend mit guten Hamburgern und Fritten war super.

Cons:

Die TV Geräte liefen den ganzen Abrnd mit einem Querbalken über dem Bild, dass die Lizenz nicht aktiviert sei. Niemand an der Rezeption konnte mir erklären was dies soll.
Die Ein- und Ausfahrt der Parkgarage ist eine reine Zumutung und dafür € 20,00 pro Nacht zu verlangen schon ein Stück weit unverschämt.
Kein Schrank im Zimmer zu haben ist auch nicht O.K.
