Limpeza e tamanho dos quartos.
A academia é muito pequena e os aparelhos velhos. Também achei ruim o fato de que não tem filtro de água. Aliás, vc não pode consumir nada e pagar ao final, no checkout. Tem que pagar tudo na hora. O café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, tem pouca variedade.

Une attente interminable à l'arrivée, nous devions prendre la chambre à 15h00 nous avons récupéré la chambre vers 18h30 c’est dommage pour un 4 étoiles...
Pour cause notre chambre n'était pas prête, pourquoi demander en amont notre heure d'arrivée alors ???
Aucun geste commercial proposé il a fallu le demander...Dommage...
O hotel tem um serviço muito bom, é bonito, quartos grandes e limpos, funcionários bastante solícitos.
Se você gostar de banho frio depois de um dia de praia e beach Park pode ficar nesse hotel, a água do chuveiro NÃO esquenta e não adianta reclamar pois eles só conseguiram resolver no terceiro dia de hospedagem, o que não foi agradável para nós e para as crianças.
