Krasne a bezpecne ubytovani, pevni pri nasi ceste ktere sosahuje evropskeho standardu. Krasna zahrada s bazenem. V restauraci jsme byli na a la card veceri a vse moc dobre, snidane taky vyborna, velky vyber vseho a vse moc chutne

Klasicky problem v Brazilii, neni mozne se domluvit anglicky, ale uz si pomalu zvykame🤣

A cama e as instalações do apartamento é excelente! Tudo de muito boa qualidade.

O parquinho é só p dizer q tem. O que não gostei mesmo foi do café da manhã… muito fraco! Pouquíssimas opções e muita demora para sair os pedidos, fora que no café da sexta, praticamente, nem a mesa colocaram (acho q pq tinham poucos hóspedes). Procurei gerente para falar no check out e ele não estava. Já foi a segunda vez q fiquei nesse hotel e não haverá a terceira, pois pelo valor q se paga, melhor ficar em outros hoteis com mais estrutura e serviço.

Minha experiência no hotel foi excelente! Atendimento, estrutura e café da manhã estavam ótimos, tudo muito bem servido e delicioso.
Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, deixo apenas um ponto em relação ao café preto: achei o sabor um pouco amargo e percebi que ele esfriava muito rápido. Talvez seja algo que possa ser ajustado, pois o restante do café da manhã estava impecável.
