寝るだけなら問題ない。
Pros:

リーズナブル

Cons:

洗濯機、乾燥機が小型で2台しかなく、宿泊者が多いので中々洗濯が出来ず、結局外のコインランドリーに行く必要があった。細かな指摘だがユニットバスの天井にある換気扇口に埃がびっしり付着していた、また洗面台やバスの排水口の中がぬめりで黒ずみ、掃除がされてない。
