Pros:

3人で宿泊しました。ベッドが普通に３台あったのは良かった。

Cons:

ベッドの下に前泊者？のゴミが残ったままだった
洗濯するために一階に降りたら、外人がソファに長時間寝てて、どれぐらい居たかわからないけど、寝てる間に充電してたようで、スマホを持って部屋に行ったわけではなく、外に出て行った。無銭？少し気味が悪かった

Pros:

The Online Check-In steps are too tedious, causing customers who are not really well equiped with IT knowledge will face a lot of difficulities during check in. No body can help. What if the phone is not connected with wifi.

ここのスタッフの対応は最悪です。
お客さんのことは一切考えずに、親切のかけらもない対応。旅行の都合が悪くなりそうになったため、電話で何度もキャンセルしようとしてもキャンセルできず。明確な説明を求めるもの同じ言葉の繰り返しで、「どういうことですか」って説明を求めるも意味不明な回答のみで、こちらの質問の意味を理解せず、あげくの果てに話をしてる最中に電話切断。その後に何度も電話するが電話に出ず。折り返しもなし。なんとか都合をつけて宿泊できることになったが、宿泊前日の21時を回った時に「キャンセル対応可能」とのメールでの通知…？？？すぐに連絡するもメールの返信はなし。電話するも出ず。宿泊当日に何故、前日になって急にそうなったのか説明を求めるも、相変わらず明確な回答はせずに「キャンセル可能」との言葉のみ。無人のホテルをいいことに接客対応は今までのホテルでダントツ１番最低。気分悪い旅行でも気にしない方はご利用してもいいかも。

No internet. WiFi was not working. A falth fire alarm disturbed our sleep. No room cleaning service. Difficult to contact with staff about issues since we are from overseas and not able to use our phone to make a phone call.
