Pros:

Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer u auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen. Es übertraf meine Erwartungen, dass Zimmer komplett Rollstuhl gerecht, die Dusche ebenerdig befahrbar und genug Platz mit dem Rolli zu wenden.
Außerdem sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders durfte ich es beim Frühstück erfahren.
Ich habe mich sehr gefreut u bin auch sehr dankbar
Gerne komme ich wieder.

sehr erholsam, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

das Frühstück war wunderbar! Personal sehr freundlich.
Lage magisch gegenüber der Kapelle der Wunder.
Frühstück im Innenhof sehr beschaulich.

Cons:

Die Bettlaken waren aus einem (für die Hitze) unangenehmen Material, hätte mir bei einem Hotel mit so gutem Ruf besseres erwartet.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal mit tollem Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und auch der Hotelflur waren bedingt durch die Hitze der letzten Tage sehr aufgeheizt.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
First of all did not mean to write a review at all but the situation got very annoying. Story short. I paid a room for 1 night since it was late check in, the hotel send me instructions (false one). Could not get in the hotel, slept on the highway in my rent a car because of someone mistake. Next day call to ask about refunding my money and there the joke begun. First they said I did not paid (proved that) now they said my name is not correct which it can’t be different.. and still did not return my money. Very annoying situation and since they don’t refund me I decide to leave a review.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war groß, komfortabel und sauber. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
