Cons:

You can not really regulate tempearture of the room and you can not turn of AC. This was bothering us as for us it was to cold and while sleeping you feel the cold air from AC blowing. You have absolutelly no controll over AC (heating, cooling).

Very much enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Really liked the apartment, there is everything you need, very spacious and is very welcoming stuff. There are shops close by, different means of transportations and also university if you are a student.
