Would book again!
Pros:

Loved our stay here! The hotel and rooms are stylish and comfortable! We were in a bunk bed room which was a bit snug for laying out luggage but we were expecting this like most other hotel rooms in Japan.

The area is very convenient and we basically walked to every place we wanted to go to so I highly recommend it if you like to walk 20-30+ minutes to reach your destinations but if you prefer the subway, it's maybe a 7 minute walk from the closest station which is quite convenient as well!

Cons:

Not a deal breaker but there was no leniency on getting a bit of a later check out. Even 30 minutes would be an extra charge. I found that a lot more hotels in Japan have a 10am check out now which is a bit early. 11 am is the sweet spot!

Great location and good value for money. Would recommend.
Pros:

Great location - super easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as public transport. The hotel lobby/cafe is nice to sit and relax in, and the staff were lovely. The laundry facilities were also helpful for our trip.

Cons:

The room was very small, which was expected but perhaps the chair in the room should be removed so there is enough room to open suitcases.

ゆったりとした心地よいベッド、
トイレとシャワーバスタブが別で、ゆっくり洗えて入浴できた。
繁華街で、夜ご飯難民にはならない。

一階のカフェは本がびっしり、おしゃれなつくりでおちつける。

Cons:

コインランドリーが1つしかなく、つかえなかった。

宿だけなら素晴らしい。

施設は綺麗でロケーションもよかったです。

Cons:

値段の割にスタッフさんの対応がよくなかったです。
カプセルホテルの接客の方がいいなと思うくらいには、雑で冷たい対応という印象でした。話しかけても迷惑そうでしたのでおすすめはしません。

館内綺麗だしスタッフの方々も穏やかな優しい方ばかりで癒されました

Cons:

良くないってほどじゃないけど駅からちょっと歩くなって思いました。
でも立地も良いので行くまでにお店は沢山あるしちょっと寄って遊んだらすぐ着きます。
