Rooms were decent, and a good pub style restaurant below. Staff were friendly. Easy parking as well. One night was noisy, though, as there’s a event centre next door - I guess I could have done a bit more research.
The room was a car park facing room on second floor. Must of been near a Aircon or power unit which meant a low level humming noise all the time, very annoying and gave me a headache. Room was ok but for the price was below par really. Dining room nice but dirty, cleanliness could be better especially with dogs coming in.
Room was clean, but felt like we were in an elderly persons home. Railings and emergency cords in bathroom and main bedroom. Shower was tiny, seats in dining error in bad state. Def thought it would be a lot better for the amount I paid. Very disappointed
Love the property, nice big rooms and clean, friendly staff, great view, pet friendly, love the area, meals and breakfast was ok, would stay again
Excellent location and friendly staff, particularly helpful as I had extended booking with them by a night. Breakfast good with plenty of choice but let down by stewed drip filter coffee, with an "option" of £3.95 to buy any nicer coffee from the bar. Disappointing and a bit tight given room rate.
The view was beautiful, the room was beautiful, had a fantastic stay for my friends birthday. The staff couldn't be more helpful..
The only thing and i mean only thing that let it down is the glass table and glass on the balcony could have been cleaned more often.
Fabulous staff
This was our 2nd stay at the Seaburn Inn and are planning our 3rd. The staff are so friendly and so lovely.
The rooms are so comfortable and so clean. We highly recommend this hotel and the food well it just tops it off 😋 x
This is the second time we have stayed here, we love a balcony room with a sea view 😍. Great size rooms with lovely comfy beds. And the food is really good too.
Excellent property, great food and clean room.
King size bed was just 2 single beds pushed together, we had to walk into a very busy bar in order to check-in and had to wait in line as it wasn't very well sign posted where to check in. Room was overall nice and clean, staff were friendly.
The only down side relates to the cleaning team
They never cleaned all the room
Cleaners were in everyday but never cleaned the bathroom area
Amazing stay . Wonderful staff and lovely food what else can you ask for 😍
Regular stay, good location, spacious room, great view from the sea facing rooms, popular bar and restaurant
The carpets in the room were covered in white long dog hair. It made the experience very uncomfortable.
Was a small wait to check in as it’s just round corner at the bar, was given a sea view room with balcony which was very nice ( was £10 dearer on booking and not selected so classing as a nice upgrade) Bar area is very nice. Breakfast is served from 7.30 which is a little late and meant I couldn’t partake, would be great if you brought it forward to 6.30/7.00 for people who are staying for work and need to travel.
We got off to a shaky start as the automated check in process was a but of a nightmare and the staff were all tied up with Sunday lunch. Following this however things picked up.
The room was clean and had plenty of space and the property itself was in very good condition. Had an excellent carvery on arrival and breakfast was also really nice. After the initial slip up staff were very helpful and polite. There was plenty of parking and the registry process for parking was nice and easy. Well located and lots of options around for eating.
One other niggle was the noise from the venue next door as our room was on the back and windows were not that sound proof. It did tend to finish about 9.30 so wasn't a major problem but I'm not sure if the weekend would go on longer. Will definitely be using again.
Reliably comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, friendly service and wide choice of food in the bar/restaurant
The Seaburn Inn is a wonderful place to stay the view from the balcony are amazing . Food is very tasty and satisfying also the staff at the hotel are very helpful 👌
Hotel was clean and well maintained, the room was a good size with a great view out to sea. 2 things let this stay down, the beds were very soft and uncomfortable, we know beds are a personal preference and we prefer a much firmer mattress, it is rare to find one so soft in a hotel these days. The second point was the food in the bar downstairs, choice was good, portion size was good and taste was good however the plates were cold so the food got cold really quickly and so took away the enjoyment of the meal, such a simple thing to rectify we were surprised the chef allows it to happen.
