A must stay!
Pros:

The place was awesome. Bed was comfy. A great value and location. Its basic and has everything you need. The staff was amazing upon arrival.

Cons:

I own and operate an Airbnb and understand some things can get overlooked. Please pay more attention to the bathroom.

Tidy Sweet Space in a great location close to groceries and restaurants.
Pros:

Simple comfortable efficient accommodations. Love the simple no hassle no crowds vibe. The room is sweet and very updated and clean.

Cons:

Love the property stayed here before several times. Would love a more cozy common area lounge space with coffee/tea that makes you want to hang out. Maybe a fold down desk in the room that can stored with out taking up floor space to work at . Parking is challenging.

Pros:

Very new and clean, good location, facilities are good quality, self check in/out with unique passcode, refilling goods on every floor, you can get anytime when you needed, it is very convenient.

Cons:

But there’s no elevator in the building, we choose the highest floor since we read the comments there is noisy at lower floors from the bar nearby , but actually we can hear too, also the flights, we are so far fine with those, but maybe some people don’t.

10/10 recommend this clean, contactless stay in the heart of Cap Hill!
Pros:

The facilities were very modern, and amenities were great for the price. I especially appreciated the lounge to wait in while awaiting check-in. The room itself was very comfortable. Location was fantastic, right in the heart of Cap Hill and within walking distance from many great restaurants and shops. Also walking distance from the Link Rail stop. It was very clean (housekeeping was actively cleaning other rooms as I checked in). Can’t beat the price for the location as well! Calling customer service was easy and helpful, answering all my questions.

Cons:

Nothing! Loved it!

It was a good room for what it’s worth, perhaps a bit overpriced and frustrating.
Pros:

I liked that it was in the city but not in the middle of all of the crazy during the convention at the time. I also liked the simplicity of the rooms.

Cons:

There were some nights where other guests were extremely loud and boisterous into 3 in the morning.
My room code was changed in the middle of my stay without notice. I couldn’t get into my room one day and luckily staff was there to text a manager for my new code.
I was also charged the deposit without notice 2 days after check in. I had to call the manager to be told this as well as the fact it should be refunded to me after my stay.

We would recommend this location and would chose it again for ourselves
Pros:

This is no frills, but the price point is fair and the staff was available and helpful. What we needed was provided. It was right in Capitol Hill convenient to bus stops and the train station, Seattle University, Seattle Central College, and Swedish Medical center and surrounded by coffee shops and reasonable restaurants. It could not have been more perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Perhaps adding a small microwave to the refrigerator would be nice, so that we could reheat food or coffee.

I would consider staying here again if I was attending an event at the Conventiojn Center.
Pros:

Cleanliness. The place smelled like it had recently been deep cleaned. I liked that.

Cons:

No elevator! My room was on the 5th floor! Come on! A fifth-floor walkup in downtown Seattle?

Pros:

Very nice accommodation, we spent here only one night before our next flight and for that it was ideal. The hotel has an ideal location, it's in a quiet street, you can easily walk to the nearest subway station and there is lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The best thing are the locker boxes for storing luggage, which are free to use after you ckeck-out.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are quite small, however it's bot a big issue.
