Could've been great
Pros:

The room and housekeeping exceptionally good. The room being faultlessly clean.
Great location

Cons:

Food in the restaurant was below average, the steak tasted like it had been slow cooked/boiled rather than seared as a fillet steak should be.
Most of the staff were oversolicitous without actually being effective.
So many managers seemed to be just wandering about

Pros:

El hotel está construido sobre un antiguo convento. La decoración es espectacular. Elegante, colonial,acorde al casco de Panamá..no tengo adjetivos para describir como te sientes desde que llegas a que sales. El personal PERFECTO. Atento pero sin excederse. Quizá de los hoteles más especiales en los que me he alojado
