had a wonderful stay at La Compañía. The hotel truly reflects an exceptional standard of quality in every detail — from the architecture and design to the service and overall atmosphere. It is evident that a great deal of thought and care has gone into creating a first-class experience.

Cons:

The only aspect that did not quite meet the otherwise outstanding standard of the hotel was the pillows. They were noticeably too firm for my preference. Considering the level of comfort the hotel provides in all other areas, it might be worth offering softer pillow options or a pillow menu to accommodate different guest preferences.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly return.

Elegant property in the heart of Casco
Pros:

Beautiful property with a very interesting history. We loved the little snippets of history all over the hotel. The restaurants were all great, staff were lovely.

Cons:

It had a bit more of a party vibe than I was expecting. We didn’t mind, but would he good for others to know that there is pretty loud music playing throughout the property from morning until late night.

Pros:

Overall, my stay was fantastic! Everything about the hotel was lovely - even the food.

One late afternoon I got myself turned around - ended up at a bar attached to the hotel - I didn’t know it was - hats off to Basilio for walking me through the hallways to get to the main hotel. I appreciated that.

Cons:

The majority of the staff were wonderful - however, the servers in the morning and one day at lunch // dinner ( other times I ordered room service ) the staff was slow. They walked around in a daze - from the time I sat down - get my order - food - bill , the lapse was too long. As well, often I had 4 different people help me ? It was quite frustrating to wait so long.
