Clean, comfortable and spacious
Everything was very clean, very good service. Ideal for going to Disneyland Paris .
Super nice staff
This property is as described on the website. Staff was super friendly. Bar closed too early (11pm) locally. The pool was closed during my stay.
Lovely hotel conveniently located for Disney and a little oasis at the end of a busy Disney day! Lovely restaurant for evening meals and bar area.
Very comfortable, good breakfast, and the staff was nice
Overall the hotel was nice and about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland.
The disabled parking is minimal within only 2 spaces and so we had to park in a normal bay on the last night which is a little bit of a struggle when having to get crutches and a mobility scooter in and out of the car.
There was an incident on the second evening when we returned to the hotel and parked in the end disabled bay. A guy seemed to be watching us and hung around the hotel entrance. We hadn’t even finished parking up and saw that he then started walking towards us and proceeded to come to my window. Before he made it to the car, we’d put my disabled badge in and he nodded and turned around and walked into the hotel. Although it’s great that they check that people are correctly using these spaces, it was quite intimidating to have someone walking towards you without knowing who he was or what he wanted.
One of the lifts was out of order when we stayed so this left 1 lift for the whole hotel to use.
The carpets looked like they needed a good hoovering too but the overall cleanliness was good. Just an observation.
And walls with pen scribbles on and bits of plaster missing need some TLC.
The pool was drained and under maintenance at the time of our visit.
Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would return.
Great overall
Fantastic! And the restaurant is fabulous
The hotel was nice but we booked it for the pool only to learn it doesn’t open until June even though it was 27degrees out this week.
Clean, value for money, pleasant staff. Close to Disneyland
We would have liked for the pool to be open
Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast also very nice. Would definitely recommend.
Provide Air Conditioning and provide better food service with good breakfast buffets.
This hotel is ok, it’s clean and modern and the staff professional but yet it lacks some charm. It’s the equivalent of Premier Inn in the UK albeit with a pool (which you can’t use until June anyway) the free parking is excellent though. There’s just not much around the area despite its proximity to Disney, no town centre as such and limited places to eat without going for a drive. I was there with work so it did the job. I was upgraded (I think) to a double double bedroom despite asking for only a single double but really all thus does is give you less space in the room due to the extra double bed as a single occupant and who needs two double beds anyway unless you gave your kids in there too.
Very nice property. One of our beds sank in the middle so two people sleeping on it rolled to middle.
We couldn’t sleep, there was a lot of people talking and drinking and being loud in the downstairs club area. Our window room was very close to the outside bar table and people were drinking and partying til late every single night we stayed there. We had our 3 year old and they kept him awake, and due to the sleeplessness we didn’t not get up on time for the breakfast on one of the mornings. We asked the front desk staff to see if they could reimburse , extend a day or give us a restaurant credit, for the missed breakfast we were 4 people and we purchased pre breakfast for 17 euros each, the staff was non courteous. And said there was nothing that could be done.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. A lovely hotel and very handy for Disney!
Great modern hotel in such a convenient location for Disney and the local shopping area.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, only down side was not directly with the hotel but the ride there from the airport cost us 100 euros and on return caught an uber and it was 36euros, caught uber to Disney land cost us 13 euros the ride back was 35 euros just be more cautious with drivers
