Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank Sandra, Maria, and Mechel at the reception. They were all very welcoming, professional, and helpful during my stay. Sandra always greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude, while Maria and Mechel were equally friendly and attentive. Their excellent customer service made me feel valued and at home.
Thank you to Sandra, Maria, Mechal, and the entire hotel team for making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Inspire of we tried to show a soft copy of expired ID for my wife but the receptionist did not try to help us at all.although she was the supervisor . Shk mohd bin Rashid said rules made to help people not to be stuck.
