Special thanks to the whole reception/ concierge team especially Jack and Chandra.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, literally 20 steps from the Jaddaf waterfront and a 4-5 minute walk to the Jaddaf Metro which takes you to all your favourite places in Dubai. There are enough supermarkets/ mini mart’s located very close by if you can’t find what you need at the hotel.

Cons:

There was not much I did not like about the Grands Kingsgate, the only suggestion or advice I would give is that the hotel needs to install USB / USBC ports or sockets in the rooms and around the hotel preferably in the reception areas.

Great service
Pros:

Jack on reception was friendly and made sure I had a better room this time . He gave me a room at the end of the corridor away from the noise. Also Mohammed who made a great latte, he was friendly and chatty, which was good. Your valet is always friendly and kind .

Cons:

One of the guests had blocked my car in, so I wasn’t able to leave quickly in the morning. I was incredibly annoyed as I had to leave for work. Apparently this same guest does this often. This must not be permitted especially as she had not left her keys with the reception . For a hotel of that size, the car park is inadequate and far too small.
