Helpful staff , comfortable bed.
Pros:

The staff at reception were helpful and professional. Special thanks to Cindy who helped me check in with a comfortable room with a big bed. Also to Abid who brought me extra pillows. Lynn who did my check out was also very helpful.

Cons:

The car park opposite in their 3* star Kingsgate where I first tried to park was appalling with only about 20 parking spaces for a 6 floor hotel!
