Pleasant good value for money
Pros:

Clean and convenient and close to the Stadium
I left early and did not stay for breakfast. The parking is safe but a bit confined.

Cons:

The telephone ringing at reception was audible throughout the night.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the stay. The Boutique Hotel is close to Florida Road and a Shopping center closest. It is really central to restaurants and walking distance. It exceeded all my expectations.

Cons:

There needs to be improvement to the access to the gate as we came in very late and we stood long outside.

Pros:

Location was super, rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

I booked for a group but other members were given a room outside whereas there were still rooms inside. In your adverts please make it clear that we won't get that home setting where there's a kitchen and dining area because most of the time when we book as group we want that setting.
Your place is not for older people and physically challenged people and you did not specify in your adverts. The stairs were really a challenge for my people.

The cleanliness and the closeness to shops and restaurants. The staff was also friendly and helpful

The thought that we have to wait for someone to open the gate for us. Maybe giving us gate remotes will be helpful
