The rooms . Clean and the whole.place

There was no one at the reception to open the gate lost my appointment because was stuck inn the premises with no one to open the gate

best stay of my life in a hotel
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. I loved my room, it was super clean. We were not short of towels. We had everything. Once again it is very clean here and a very safe place and we will come back. We had a 5 star treatment with luxury.

Cons:

There is nothing that we did not like. I was very much in love with everything they must keep up the good work. We will definately be recommending this hotel to family and friends. Big up to the staff they are so friendly and have great hospitality.

Will not stay there again due to noisy guests.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. The room was nice, clean and well appointed. All amenities worked as expected.

Cons:

Other guests at the hotel were extremely noisy and made sleeping for both the nights booked virtually impossible. After asking them numerous times to quiet down and then getting hotel staff involved they still carried on without regard.

Understandably the hotel won’t know up front whether their guests will make a noise or not, it is however their responsibility to monitor it and take appropriate action if a problem arises.
