Overall, our stay was decent. The location is excellent, especially if you don’t have much luggage. Keep in mind that taxis cannot access the apartment, so you have to drag or carry your luggage for a 5-10 minute walk, which is not recommended if you have kids.

Unfortunately, the bed was very hard, making it difficult for us to sleep. Additionally, the blanket provided was insufficient.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants, making it convenient to access various dining options. However, I likely will not stay here again because of the bed; I need a good night's sleep to fully enjoy my daytime activities.

The property was in an amazing location to access everything Rome had to offer. The staff at the front desk went out of the way to help us in every way they can. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay at this property.

Very cute apartment

Location was excellent but a little difficult to find. The property seemed a little rundown and in need of an update. the apartment had a balcony which was very small overlooking the back of unattractive apartments and it didn't get hardly any direct sunshine. It was also the storage area for the waste bins We were afflicted with small insects which bit our ankles and arms whenever we tried to sit outside. It would have been nice to have a 'welcome' pack on arrival. The sofa bed in the kitchen/ lounge was a very poor quality and quite uncomfortable.

Love this property right in the heart of Rome. It’s charming and clean. The A/C works great. The staff responds right away. It was comfortable for our family of 4. The restroom has good size. The apartment had 2 closets that really help us keeping everything organized. It’s small but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is old but is part of its charm. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely look for this company for future destinations.

Located in a great area in Rome with so many dining options. Communication with the team was amazing

There was a very bad sewage smell in all the apartment (number 4) not only the bathroom, also in the bedroom and kitchen-living. So, it was very unpleasant to be there. We let the water run in all the faucets and ventilate the house but it didn’t work.
We contacted the company and they were responsive, but they didn’t take any action to fix it. We asked for a relocation but they didn’t do it. They said it was because the rain, but the rain started after our arrival and the smell was already there, in addition, the common areas of the building (hallways, basement with bathrooms and washing machines) didn’t have the smell.

Great accommodation in a perfect location in the heart of Rome.

Very convenient to have an apartment-style accommodation in Rome. Kitchen and laundry in the room was a huge plus, even though we were not cooking meals. Spacious rooms and convenient location for the piazza Navona. Walking distance to main attractions (or short cab to Colliseum/Forum area). Our only complaint is that the sofa was a bit cheap/uncomfortable and kept sliding open (because it can be another bed), and the floor were old tile—a few rugs would make it more homey.

Sonder is extremely slow to respond and has terrible service. We had a very unfortunate experience and Sonder would not help us out in any way. They charged a huge fee as well. They do not care about their customers. Based on my families experience, I would never consider staying with Sonder again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location couldn't be better; the room was clean and very nice; and the staff was incredible. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, but bed is hard as floor !!??

Perfect location. Excellent staff responsiveness. Cute / big room with a patio and air conditioner worked great. Loved the elevator but chose to do the beautiful stairs up to 4th floor each day. Free laundry. Excellent small quaint restaurants close by. Overall perfect spot. So glad I found it!!

Desk attendant was super nice and helpful. Apartment was clean. Problems arise with a very small shower. I’m 5’11” and about 205 lbs. it was hard to move around. Any bigger won’t fit thru the door. Bottom level so Humidity in the apartment was high!! AC unit dropped water starting on day 2. If you have allergies - watch out. No really comfortable chairs to sit and relax.

Property is very well located. Couple really nice restaurants right outside front door. Small theatre next door with fantastic singing. About half way between Vatican and Coliseum. Get an upper floor apartment and it should be great.

Very spacious accommodations for the price and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception team of Andrea, Ludovica, and Camilla were the best aspect of the stay. They were available via WhatsApp at all hours, and they did not fail to fulfill every request during our stay. Highly recommended.

A great apartment for our stay! we thought we would miss the amenities of a larger hotel but we had everything we needed and more! The area is full of restaurants and close to everything!

Great location. Within a short walk of major landmarks in Rome. The bed was a little rough, but not a deal-breaker. The shower (in 3B) was tiny. Not unusual in old European buildings. I would absolutely stay there again.
