The room we reserved on Orbitz was NOT AT ALL what we were presented, in description and images. We were promised (images and descriptions) a penthouse king room with a private plunge pool, kitchen, large rooftop deck and other amenities. What we were presented was a very small room with a king bed and small balcony with no other amenities. Presented with the screenshots and images, including the ability to still reserve the room we thought we were getting, the hotel and concierge exceeded our expectations, moving us to a suite that exceeded our expectations and the resort continued to exceed expectations for the rest of our stay. This is a first class resort in a spectacular location, with a staff trained to anticipate and accommodate guest needs.
My husband and I stayed at the St. Regis Bermuda for our honeymoon and it was honestly the trip of a lifetime. The second we pulled up, we felt like we were in paradise. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous—right on the beach with crystal-clear water and soft pink sand. Our room had the most amazing ocean view, and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was a dream.
The service is what really blew us away. Everyone we met was so warm and friendly—they learned our names, remembered little details, and went out of their way to make everything feel special. We never felt like “just another guest.” They even surprised us with little honeymoon touches in the room that made us feel so celebrated.
We loved the food, too. Breakfast at Lina was fresh and delicious every day, and dinner at BLT Steakhouse was one of the best meals of our whole trip. We also had plenty of poolside cocktails and beachside snacks—the bartenders and servers were always happy to recommend something fun to try.
Most of our days were spent relaxing by the infinity pools, walking the beach, and exploring the island on scooters (which was such a fun adventure!). Every night we came back to the hotel feeling like we had our own little sanctuary waiting for us.
The St. Regis made our honeymoon everything we dreamed it would be and more. It was the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and personal touches that made it feel so special. We’re already talking about coming back for our anniversaries—it’s just

It was a lovely, clean and very private nice hotel with a great service. We definitely will be back.
Clean safe
We stayed for 8 nights in a 3 bedroom residence and loved it! The master had a massive window overlooking the ocean and we also had a balcony where we could eat and lounge. The property is beautiful with 2 pools and a hottub. The food at Lina and BLT was amazing. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and champagne sabering as well. St George is a short shuttle ride and even walkable. The sunset views from the golf course and the views of the fort are unbelievable. What makes this hotel really stand out is the outstanding staff who make you feel like family. Jack at the pool was so helpful and friendly and Gonzolo, Sergio and Milo were great. Everyone we encountered were so kind. Devinda at the Lina restaurant went above and beyond during the Mother’s Day brunch and throughout our stay. He was the perfect server thinking of all of our needs. Joy and Felipe at the BLT restaurant took care of us so well we went back a few times just to see them again and for the tasty food. We even experienced outstanding service with housekeeping and Hannah, Ingrid and Safi. Troy in maintenance was so thorough when checking our dryer that he went to other rooms to check a certain setting. We consistently experienced staff going out of their way to help us. We can’t wait to return to the St Regis!
The food was exceptional. The beachfront was gorgeous! The interior was beautifully decorated.
It was difficult to navigate. You needed a staff member to help you find everything.
The restaurant didn’t have a bathroom inside it. The gym also did not have a restroom close by.
It felt like I was in a maze. Getting around was very stressful.
Great
The staff is excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The property is beautiful and comfortable with great food and drinks.
No included amenities on site except for gym. Had to walk to town a mile just to get juice, soda and snacks. “Butler service”was a joke. Delivered coffee late or not at all. Didn’t show up after multiple calls to help us with our luggage. Just didn’t show up.
However, beautiful location. Sunrise beach at the hotel and sunset beach next door at Tobacco Bay, a very relaxing local spot for food and drink. Food and drinks were superb. Room service was great. Beach service was great. Golf super pricey but gorgeous views.
Overall, For their prices they can’t afford to have such serious flaws.
Accessibility, easy to get around.
Staff were very friendly and attentive Z
The staff pampered us and the food was delicious!
Loved the room, and the view of the ocean.
The main pool could’ve had more chairs and umbrellas. We had to lounge around the kiddie pool.
Want to start off by saying the hotel was very nice. Food and staff were great and made the trip go from complete disaster to a nice trip. However to say I am blown away at the check in experience would be a gross understatement. When I arrive to a hotel that we specifically choose based on the 3 bedroom hotel room and find out it’s been given to someone else it’s sets the trip off in the wrong direction. We choose the island and hotel based on having the ability to have our 3 young kids (all under 3.5 years) in one room with us and to still be in a hotel. Some nap at different times some sleep better than others you get the drift. But when we are told oops sorry that room is gone even though you clear have a confirmation oh and your called 3 times to confirm and add things to the room yeh to say I am upset would be accurate. The hotels solution was here is a two bedroom for 3,100 per night plus everything else so but too bad I was kind of floored.
The room could have had a few more amenities
Had to call for slippers
Came to turn down bed too early
