Hotel Naaz Executive Near T2 Airport

The staff and the service were amazing! Everyone was very helpful and kind! Though the area around the hotel is a big minus, I recommend a stay due to an amazing service!

As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. We really felt that we were well taken care of.
The only drawback was the environment around the hotel could be better but it’s Bombay with slums coexisting with huge skyscrapers!

Property is great but the area around is very dirty and slum. If you are OK I would highly recommend.

Close to the airport, Family friendly, nice staff and overall clean.

I stayed at this property with a friend after flying in to India on a late flight. The staff at this property were amazing, and gave us both an upgrade to our rooms. In addition, the staff were always happy to help us, and the staff helped print boarding passes and held our bags for a few hours while we went out and explored. The property is very close to the airport, and rooms were tidy, with tea, water and coffee available.

Thanks so much guys, we will definitely be back in the future!

This is one of my favorite hotels service in my entire trip. I'm a female solo traveler India and this is my first time in India and I felt at home at the hotel. All the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the chai tea was on the spot. Free Airport pickup and the driver was very kind. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and if I'm ever in Mumbai again I would stay here again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's a few minutes drive from the airport; worth it for a quiet night's sleep. The room was immaculately clean, basic toiletries were provided, mini fridge, and the bed was crisp and clean. Mattress wwas also comfortable.

What really stood out was how clean the bathroom was. You can see the shine on the walls in the photos. I mention this because I've stayed various budget places in Mumbai and this was the cleanest.

The staff/ manager were very friendly and accommodating as I arrived late in the evening. Breakfast buffet included a good portion of local foods, with tea or coffee included. Room service also available.

There isn't much around in the neighborhood for walkability. Having transportation is recommended. Also no lift in this hotel, but it's only a few floors. I had a sprained foot and was able to maneuver just fine.

My next trip in Mumbai will include a return stay here. Don't hesitate to book.

I stayed here for one night as I need a hotel near the airport. Room and overall hotel was good, the staff were extremely helpful.
Only thing that was not suitable for me was the location. I did not feel comfortable walking outside so had a taxi to another area in the evening. May it was just me!

The hotel is close to the International airport which is handy.Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
The hotel’s restaurant is not actually in the hotel but it is only a minutes walk away however be warned that they do not serve any alcohol at all.
The area around the hotel is a bit of a mess but then most of Mumbai is like that.

Naaz is a family owned and operated hotel where everyone is helpful and friendly. We were able to speak English which was great for us on our very first day of arrival in India. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff very accomodating. They even stored our luggage as we toured the city deciding where to go. We appreciated their flexibility in hosting us a second night. Lovely people.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The ride to the hotel was a little intense and the taxi had no idea where this hotel was located. With google maps we were able to find it. The room was very clean and the staff was great. The neighborhood is not great, though and we were glad to not have to leave the hotel except by car. We were only at this hotel for less than 10 hours. We ordered room service for dinner-great food at very reasonable price. Since we had an early morning flight, staff packed us a breakfast and arranged a driver. The neighborhood was a little noisy but the ceiling fan blocked out most of the noise. The AC did not function well. FYI-As this is a Muslim run hotel, no alcohol is allowed on property. Overall this was a fine hotel but not for someone wanting to explore their surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at the Naaz executive hotel. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and hospitable.

The room was outstanding, clean and very comfortable.

We ate at the hotels restaurant. The staff there looked after us very well and the food was delicious. The hotel is only a short ride from the airport and we stayed there for a night before heading home to our village. I recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying there, it’s lovely.

This Hotel is not good. It is surrounded by Slumps and not environmentally friendly. It is very dirty and noisy outside. Please consider giving them a violation notice. Take them off your Expedia list.

The rooms are great and very well maintained. The food from their restaurant was good. And the host/staff were just great and went up and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Thank you

I am a solo female traveler. I always fly into Mumbai from US for day or two before going to Goa. This hotel is perfect! And the price is very reasonable. If you have stayed near airport you know the area is not great but this hotel is a gem! It is close to airport. Staff is wonderful and so helpful. Food is excellent. Room and beds are top notch! Highly recommend.
