Pros:

This is a terrible experience with hotel. com. I did not book this hotel and was charged for the booking, it is ridiculous and hotel. com said cannot refund to me. I actually called Holiday inn in china yanjiang because your host said they cannot connect the hotel. I was asked by the hotel Miss Liu that they agreed to cancel and told me to inform hotel. Com to cancel and refund me but hotel. Com did not want to refund. I am very unhappy and will bring this case to CASE because I felt cheated.

지은지 2년 밖에 안된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
가격에 비해 모든것이 훌륭합니다. 공기 청정기가 필요했는데 큰 새 공기청정기를 가져다 주셔서 정말 잘 쉬었습니다.
친구 방도 물론이고요.
호텔 서비스가 너무 좋았습니다.

competent and friendly staff who go the extra mile. access to good gym

cleanliness can be improved especially room cleaning. also one elevator was not working for my entire 5 nights stay. will be good if there’s in house room service too.
