Pros:

Borgo molto bello, camera molto bella.
Colazione ottima, ristorante ottimo. Sauna perfetta.

Cons:

La jacuzzi aveva un problema tecnico e non funzionava bene (non scaldava l’acqua e dava un errore). L’abbiamo comunicato e hanno fatto venire subito un tecnico per cercare di capire il problema. Il tecnico diceva di averlo risolto ma in realtà non era cambiato nulla. L’abbiamo fatto di nuovo presente anche in fase di check-out (visto che comunque era un servizio che avevamo pagato) e non c’è stato alcun gesto “riparatore” per il disagio.

a lovely place for a romantic long week end
Pros:

The location is beautiful. The view of the countryside is stunning,

The renewed caste has a romantic atmosphere.

The annexed restaurant (Locanda Petreja) is very good and the sommelier/maitre de sale very competent and courteous.

The pool area is nicely organized.

Overall a good quality/price ratio.

Cons:

IMO the following aspects should be improved:
there is no "community/reading room" that can be used by the guests - if the weather is rainy guest can stay only in the room(s)
the breakfast buffet should be improved; it includes some typical cakes of Umbria, but they were not always fresh
the area for parking the cars is limited (and sometimes parking is laborious)
the trash cans at the back of the property are in the parking area; perhaps some light "masquerading" structure could be added.
the menu of the pool bar is limited
it would be useful to have some (more) staff
