quando cheguei não tinha ninguem na portaria, tive que ssolicitar toalhas e lençol, estacionamento fora do hotel o qque inviabiliza na chuva, falta de acessibilidade para deficiente físico e idodos, não tem elevador, roupa de banho horrível, café da manhã fraco, TV só pega 2 canais

O hotel é simples, novo, limpo, bem localizado, café da manhã simples sem variedade (exceto frutas), atendimento bom (destaque para a dona Bernice, atenciosa, zelosa e deu excelentes dicas). O banheiro é pequeno, não tinha toalha de rosto, tive que solicitar na recepção e fui atendida. As toalhas trocaram todos os dias a limpeza é feita diariamente.

O banheiro do hall da recepção não tinha sabonete e nem papel toalha, sugestão para melhorar.

No geral hospedagem foi boa.
Ficaria novamente nesse hotel.
