Pros:

el desayuno bien y el camarero muy amble. La ubicación regular porque la calle era muy estrecha y no podías aparcar e incomoda para bajar maletas .
El mejor servicio en el restaurante y cafetería-desayuno

Cons:

el personal de recepción poco amigable . El olor del ambiente demasiado especiado y cargado.
Reservadas dos habitaciones dobles -superior y la diferencia de espacio era muy marcada para ser del mismo precio.

Excellent location and staff attention.
Pros:

Every other day they would leave us some treats in the room, like custard pies or macarons. It was very kind and thoughtful.

10/10 - Great hotel in top and cool location
Pros:

The location is phenomenal - lots of food and bar options nearby. Very nice and trendy area.
The staff was perfect from check-in to check-out - very friendly, attentive, professional and dedicated. Everyone we met was so nice.
The room we had was very comfortable and quiet.
10/10 - we’ll definitely stay there again if we comeback to Lisbon.
