J'adore cet hôtel a taille humaine avec une équipe polyvalente au service des clients. Les chambres sont très agréables, le petit déjeuner avec de très bon produits et surtout une équipe souriante, détendue, professionnelle... une très bonne adresse a Milan.

Top kindness from Roberta and Luciano. Beautiful package. Yet, underwhelming content.

Roberta and Luciano were very kind and attentive from the beginning and they put efforts to make you feel at home

Cons:

One of the key reasons to book this hotel was the availability of the speakeasy bar that based on the website is open from tuesday to Saturday. We were there only for one night (Wednesday) and the speakeasy bar was closed. We would have appreciated to have this information in advance to plan and decide accordingly. Roberta promised to make up for having overlooked this inconvenience in a future visit.

Exzellentes Frühstück mit Bedienung und reichhaltigem Angebot. Die Specials waren lecker, der Cappuchino hervorragend. Die Lage sehr ruhig obwohl in einem lebhaften Quartier. Die Staff äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.
