Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Heuschrecke an der Wand. Gab auch einen extra Schreibtisch und Schränke, um Dinge zu verstauen.
Ich könnte sogar das Fenster öffnen und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Cons:

Ausstattung könnte bei Niu besser sein. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.
Aber wenn man nur eine Oder zwei Nächte dort ist natürlich kein Problem.

Lage super Personal sehr freundlich alles sehr sauber
Pros:

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Besonders hervorzuhaben ist die hervorragende Lage man erreicht alles schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren blitzsauber, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Auch die Ausstattung hat gepasst, ein Fernseher war vorhanden und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein großes Lob geht an das Personal an der Rezeption: absolut herzlich, hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich.

Cons:

Hohe Parkgebühren: Für das Parken werden 15 € pro Tag berechnet. Das empfanden wir als recht teuer, insbesondere für Hotelgäste.
Fehlender Kühlschrank: Auf dem Zimmer gab es leider keinen Kühlschrank bzw. keine Minibar, was gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten oder für eigene Getränke fehlt.
Teures Frühstück: Der Preis für das Frühstück schlägt mit 20 € pro Person zu Buche. Das ist unserer Meinung nach recht stolz angesetzt.

Gutes Business Hotel
Pros:

Für meine Bedürfnisse ein gute Lage. Die Zimmer nach hinten raus, sind sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die direkte Umgebung um den Wiener Platz herum, ist eher fragwürdig.
