Vom Parkplatz aus gab es seitlich einen Eingang, wo zwar „Rezeption“ dran stand aber der Personaleingang war. Und wir mussten beim Regen dann zum Haupteingang laufen. Über Karneval etwas teurer

Although I did not end up staying at the hotel, my experience during communication was крайне negative. The staff showed no willingness to engage in dialogue or assist with questions. All issues were redirected exclusively to Booking, with no attempt to help directly. This level of customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not consider this hotel chain in the future.

Pros:

Отличный завтрак! Очень приятные сотрудники, в отеле меня тепло встретили и помогли по всем вопросам. Комната была чистая, кровать удобная.

Cons:

Комната довольно маленькая. Для такого расположения соотношение цена-качество не самое приятное.

Pros:

Das Zimmer und Personal war ganz in Ordnung.

Cons:

Gefallen hat mir gar nicht, dass mir einfach ein Tag nach meinem Check out 17 Euro für Frühstück (welches ich nicht in Anspruch genommen habe) von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Streite mich noch um die Rückzahlung. Für mich wird es keinen weiteren Aufenthalt geben.
