Das Ein- und Auschecken verliefen problemlos, und die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für den Besuch einer Veranstaltung in einer der mehreren nahegelegenen Veranstaltungsstätten, die je nach Veranstaltungsort in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zudem besteht eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
