Great boutique hotel for exploring Istanbul
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. They organised a Hamam and a boat trip. Close to the T1 tram stop to visit historical centre. The airport transfer is less than paying for a taxi yourself.

Perfect Location Friendly staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was perfect close to bosphorus - tram and ferry and funicular stations. We were on top floor and room was perfect for us with a small balcony. We are both 185cm tall and room size was good. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Desk staff were friendly

Cons:

WE loved our stay and will return there on our next trip. First visit to Istanbul but will be back!

Absolute ten!
Pros:

Great location. Amazing service, both Fatih and Hatice were helpful at all times, gentle and considered. Very clean and well kept rooms. The alley location is a great plus (much less noise than it should have due to its location). Breakfast was fabulous. Truly a home away from home.

Absolutely beautiful
Pros:

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, how clean everything is and how super helpful the staff were. Everyone was so warm we dealt with almost everyone in the location. Fatih, hatice, erkan, gurban and salam. They felt like family when we were leaving.

No tengo observaciones negativas. La experiencia fue muy buena.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, ideal para recorrer la ciudad caminando y muy cerca de los principales puntos de interés. El personal fue extremadamente amable y atento durante toda la estadía. La habitación era cómoda y todo estuvo muy bien. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme allí.
