Rude staff Dirty hotel AVOID AVOID
Pros:

The receptionist is RUDE sarcastic unprofessional.
Internet comes on and off all day.
Room was dirty and sticky.
Spare pillows were stained.
Shower was leaking through the glass wall into bedroom.
Don’t change sheets on bed every day.
No room service but advertised in room.
Indoor Swimming pool absolutely freezing when asked receptionist she said “it’s summer here and the pool dose not have a heater ,you are privileged to use it or go somewhere else”
She has to be the rudest receptionist I have ever come across.

Pros:

The rooms are very small that there is no room to walk.
I booked a room with three beds turns out they have no room with three beds they gave me one room with two single very narrow bed “ children beds” i even walk in the room. Very bad experience with this hotel
