リーズナブルを超えた宿泊料、これに尽きます。
いろいろコストダウンの努力も見て取れます。
設備は必要充分。
備え付けのアメニティについては、私は持参派なので気になりません。
女性にはもの足りないかな。
私は長髪なので、シャワーのお湯がたっぷり使えたのは、嬉しかったです。
大手チェーンでも、お湯の水圧や水量が足りなく感じるところも多いです。

Cons:

バスルームの照明を消すと、暖房便座の電源も落ちるところ。
これだけが残念。

Pros:

喫煙の部屋を間違って予約してしまい、タバコ臭かったので、フロントに伝えると次の日は匂い消しを一生懸命やって下さいました。後は清潔だし、快適に過ごせました。

シャワーのお湯の温度の調節がちょっと難しかった。
