Öncelikle tüm Trabzon Gloria Suite otel çalışanlarına ve müdiriyyetine teşekkür ederim. Tam 6 gece 7 gün kaldık. Her şey bizim için çok güzel geçti. Biz 4 kişilik odada kaldık gaye yeterli, düzenli ve temizdi. Büyük buzdolabı vardı- çok kolaylık sağladı bize. Yerden ısıtması odayı çok sıcak tutdu. Genelde otelletde banyoların temizliği çok iyi olmazdı ancal bu otelde çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı dahil rezerv etmişdik. Kahvaltılar çok lezzetli idi. Ayrıca otelin restoranı sadece kahvaltı saatlerinde değil gün içinde de çok güzel hizmet veriyor, yemekleri gayet güzel ve fiyatları da uygun. Otel ve restoran çalışanları çok canayakın ve yardımcıl davrandılar. Otelin konumu da harika her yere yakın- avm, hava limanı, otogar, şehir meydanı. Her yere dolmuşla, otobüsle, taksi ile rahatça gide bildik. Bir daha Trabzonda geldiğimizde Gloria Suite otel tercihimiz olacaktır.

Excellent hotel and great staff. Highly recommanded hotel.
Pros:

Memorable and Excellent journey of ar 10 days in Trabzon Gloria Suite Hotel. Extremley kind and present staff, who made great our vacation. We loved the hotel location (out from the center) that make us « leaving in proximity of local people ». The restaurant was a nice place with menu with lot of choice and cheap prices. The washing machine, the fridge and airco are good equipments that simplified our stay.

ومالك الفندق كان محترم ومتعاون وبشوش
والأستاذة مريم ما قصرت معنا نشكرهم جميعا على حسن الضيافة

شالونا على أكف الراحة والإفطار كان متنوع ولذيذ

مدير الفندق ومريم وحيدر واخت عراقية أخرى بالمطعم نسيت أسمها وكلهم محترمين جدا ومتعاونين … المواقف قليلة لكن ما واجهنا مشكلة … الغرف صغيرة لكن ليست مشكلة بالنسبة لنا …. البقالات والمطاعم والمقاهي كلها تحت السكن

Really loved this hotel. Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Even though we came outside of summer (no buffet), they prepared a Turkish breakfast for two instead, and it was very filling. The setup was beautiful and gave a real Turkish feel.

They also have room service — prices are reasonable and the food quality is very good.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and immediately felt comfortable. Special thanks to Hassan, who was very kind, approachable, and shared lots of useful info with us.

The location is very convenient too. There’s a supermarket right downstairs for groceries, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

If you’re coming to Trabzon, don’t hesitate to stay here. Would definitely recommend.
