كانت الإقامة في الفندق ممتازة من حيث الراحة أو الخدمات. يتميز الفندق بموقع حيوي قريب من جميع الخدمات والمرافق التي قد يحتاجها النزيل. تعامل الادارة والموظفة مريم ممتاز حيث تم ترقية الشقة الى اعلى من الحجز.

سأكرر الاقامة ف المرة القادمة 🌹

اتمنى ان يتم النظر في مسألة توفر عدد كافٍ لمواقف السيارات عن الموجود حالياً حيث انها لا تعد مشكلة كبيرة او نقطة سلبية لعدم تكرار الاقامة.

Pros:

Spațiu încăpător, cu facilități multiple. Personal disponibil, zonă liniștită, liniște în hotel.

Cons:

Deși micul dejun a fost gustos și îndestulător, în toate cele 6 dimineți am primit același fel de mâncare. Puțină diversificare, ar fi făcut un hotel de 10.

Pros:

We stayed at Gloria Suite Hotel in Trabzon with our family from March 19–22 and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
