صراحة الفندق جميل ومريح والمنطقة مخدومه بكل ما يحتاجه السياح
ومالك الفندق كان محترم ومتعاون وبشوش

Excellent hotel and great staff. Highly recommanded hotel.

Memorable and Excellent journey of ar 10 days in Trabzon Gloria Suite Hotel. Extremley kind and present staff, who made great our vacation. We loved the hotel location (out from the center) that make us « leaving in proximity of local people ». The restaurant was a nice place with menu with lot of choice and cheap prices. The washing machine, the fridge and airco are good equipments that simplified our stay.

مدير الفندق ومريم وحيدر واخت عراقية أخرى بالمطعم نسيت أسمها وكلهم محترمين جدا ومتعاونين … المواقف قليلة لكن ما واجهنا مشكلة … الغرف صغيرة لكن ليست مشكلة بالنسبة لنا …. البقالات والمطاعم والمقاهي كلها تحت السكن

Really loved this hotel. Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Even though we came outside of summer (no buffet), they prepared a Turkish breakfast for two instead, and it was very filling. The setup was beautiful and gave a real Turkish feel.

They also have room service — prices are reasonable and the food quality is very good.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and immediately felt comfortable. Special thanks to Hassan, who was very kind, approachable, and shared lots of useful info with us.

The location is very convenient too. There’s a supermarket right downstairs for groceries, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

If you’re coming to Trabzon, don’t hesitate to stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Нам бесплатно поменяли категорию номера, чтобы мы с друзьями жили рядом.
В номере идеальная чистота, завтрак индивидуальный, прекрасный, красиво оформленный, все свежее.
Отдельный привет и благодарность Хасану, сотруднику рецепшена. Он был очень дружелюбный, помогал во всех вопросах.
Отель расположен в середине города, рядом супермаркет, до Форума пешком 10 минут.
Потрясающий вид из окна на море, город и самолёты.
