أكتب هذا التقييم بعد إقامتي في Trabzon Gloria Suite Hotel لمساعدة النزلاء على معرفة الواقع قبل الحجز، ولدعوة Booking.com إلى التحقق من المعلومات المعروضة، خصوصًا أن حجزنا كان غير قابل للاسترداد.

الإيجابيات: الموظفون لطفاء ومتعاونون، وعلى رأسهم مالك الفندق، والمطعم مقبول وأقيّمه 7/10. لكن مستوى الجناح والمرافق كان أقل بكثير من توقعاتنا لفندق 4 نجوم.

حجزنا Deluxe Suite بمساحة معلنة 40م²، بينما قدّرناها بعد قياسات تقريبية بحوالي 28م²؛ لذلك أدعو Booking.com للتحقق من المساحة. غرفة النوم ضيقة، والسرير حوالي 160×190 سم دون كوميدينات. الحمام صغير جدًا، والدش حوالي 70×80 سم، وكان خلاط المغسلة ومقعد المرحاض مفكوكين ويتحركان. الشرفة صغيرة ويشغل سخان المياه جزءًا منها.

كانت صفحة الحجز تعرض Stovetop وKitchenware وWashing Machine وRefrigerator وElectric Kettle، لكن عند استلام الجناح لم نجد موقدًا أو تجهيزات مطبخ متكاملة. وبعد مطالبتنا بالموقد تم أولًا إحضار موقد كهربائي قديم عليه صدأ وتآكل واضحان فرفضنا استخدامه. وبعد النقاش وفر الفندق موقدًا نظيفًا وميكروويف، ونشكرهم على ذلك، لكنهما لم يكونا موجودين عند استلام الجناح رغم التجهيزات المعلنة.

يوجد مصعد واحد صغير فقط (4 أشخاص/350 كجم) وقد تعطل مرتين أثناء إقامتنا، والبديل درج حلزوني ضيق وجدناه غير مريح، خصوصًا لكبار السن.

كما كان عزل الصوت ضعيفًا جدًا والإنترنت بطيئًا ومتقطعًا، ولا توجد مكواة أو طاولة كوي أو مناديل ورقية داخل الجناح. ومواقف السيارات عبارة عن أماكن محدودة في الشارع أمام الفندق وليست، حسب تجربتنا، موقفًا خاصًا مضمونًا.

بعد المغادرة طُلب مني أكثر من ثلاث مرات دعم الفندق وإعطاؤه تحديدًا 10/10 على Booking.com. أتفهم طلب التقييم، لكن تكرار طلب درجة محددة جعلني غير مرتاح؛ فالتقييم يجب أن يعكس تجربة النزيل بحرية.

أرجو من Booking.com التحقق من تصنيف المنشأة، ومساحة الجناح المعلنة (40م²)، والتجهيزات والمواقف ومدى مطابقة الوصف للواقع. لدي صور ومقاطع فيديو توثق ما ذكرته ويمكن تقديمها عند الطلب.

أقدّر تعامل الموظفين، لكن لو شاهدت الجناح والمرافق قبل إجراء هذا الحجز غير القابل للاسترداد، لما اخترت الإقامة هنا.

Very Disappointing Experience – Problems with the Hotel and Booking.com

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing, not only because of the booking issue, but also because of the clear contradiction in the way the hotel management dealt with us.

After I was unable to use one of the nights of my reservation, I offered the hotel two reasonable solutions: either refund the unused night or provide two rooms for the same value as that night. The hotel told me that it was fully booked and that there were no available rooms.

The problem is that this statement did not appear to be true. Just a few hours later, other guests arrived looking for rooms, and the hotel staff told them that they had rooms available.

Even more frustrating, the following day, before our allocated checkout time had ended, a receptionist called us and asked us to leave the room because other guests were waiting to check in and take our large room, even though we still had the right to stay in the room and our booking had not yet ended.

This behavior makes it very difficult to believe that the hotel was actually fully booked when we asked for a solution. It gives the clear impression that the hotel was simply looking after its own interests.

As for Booking.com, the experience was even more disappointing. The hotel says that the refund requires approval from Booking.com, while Booking.com says that the refund requires approval from the hotel. In the end, the customer is left going back and forth between both sides without any real solution.

Instead of properly intervening and resolving the issue as the booking platform, Booking.com simply repeated the “non-refundable” policy and asked me to contact the hotel myself.

This experience has completely damaged my trust in both the hotel and Booking.com.
