The location is near Forum, the staff is very considerate and nice. Specifically Rima, she was always happy to help. The breakfast is nice and there is variety.

احب اشكر جميع الأشخاص إلي قابلونا من الأخ تايفون صاحب الفندق والأخت مريم و ريم والأخ احمد على حسن تعاملهم ورحابه صدرهم وتعاونهم في كل شيء… الموقع مره ممتاز قريب من فورم مول جداً والكافيهات والمطاعم والصيدليات والسوبر ماركت كل ماتحتاجه جنبك وسهوله التنقل لجميع الأماكن السياحيه … انصح فيه واذا رجعت راح ارجع لهم ان شاء الله.. شكرا من القلب .

Our stay at the Trabzon Gloria Suite Hotel was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend it for families and travelers visiting Trabzon.

Perfect & Convenient Location

Local Amenities: Excellent location surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

City Access: Only a quick 10-minute drive to the city center (Meydan).

Sightseeing: Offers quick and easy highway access for driving to all major day-trip attractions.

Outstanding Staff and Service

Day Shift: Maryam and Reem at the reception morning shift are exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. They speak both Arabic and Turkish, making communication seamless.

Night Shift: Ahmad handles the night shift perfectly. He is highly responsive, polite, and speaks excellent English.

Generous Room Upgrade

The hotel generously upgraded our booking free of charge.
We moved from a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite to a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite.

Room Amenities and Comfort

Cleanliness: The entire hotel and our suite were perfectly clean.

Beds: The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

AC: Both air-conditioning units worked perfectly to keep the rooms cool.

Kitchenette: The kitchen has only minimum basics. However, when we requested missing items, the staff responded quickly and provided them based on availability.

Overall, the wonderful hospitality and convenient location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again!
