Bittersweet

The gentleman at the bar.

Cons:

It took an hour and half for our food to arrive at the bar. We extended our stay, went to the pool and asked the reception to get our room cleaned. Came back to a dirty room. Went to the pool, ordered food, after 455 minutes they came and told us they don’t have the salad I ordered. Ordered a chicken tikka roll, took more than 1 hour to arrive. I wanted the room cleaned while I was at the pool as we had someone visit, but we then had to get the I to a dirty room even though we extended had clearly stated that I need it cleaned. Called the reception to speak to a manager, I was told they will get back to me but no one did.

Excellent stay, will recommend.
Pros:

Loved the friendliness of the staff, felt welcomed as soon as I neutered the hotel. The view from the room was great and the room itself was beautiful and the restaurant ambience and food at dinner was fantastic.

Cons:

The cafe service was very slow. We went to get a quick bite for lunch and had to wait an extremely long time to get our food.

Pros:

the Buffet- breakfast/lunch or dinner- the buffet was truly widespread and tasty. the location was a little far from city. rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. a must try was one of their restaurants named "Governor Saheb". awesome preparations and behind every dish and drink- there is a story you would love to know about. thumbs down to their swimming pool- dont go by the photos on the booking site- its a small pool - the least i expected from radisson was an infinity pool- alas the pool was small with chilling water everytime- even during noon-when there was a temprature around 30 degree celcius - when asked they explained that the pool is located at a place where sunshine does not reach it. so during our 3 night stays- we kept ourselves away from the pool. the hospitality was good- sadly when we arrived the property was booked for a wedding- so our objective to stay at a place seeking tranquility, was gone. we voluntarily degraded our room to chose peace over grandeur.

the swimming pool. an all weather pool is recommended.

The Desk, excellent to work
The marking of the soap and shampoos in the shower are big enough to be read without glasses (they could be a bit bigger for reading easiness)
The modern Indian restaurant

Cons:

The plugs by the desk didn't work
It would be convenient to have at the entry of the rook and by the bed a switch that turns off all the lights (with no exception)

The staff outdid themselves!
Pros:

The breakfast was great! The service was excellent. The staff, especially Soumitra, Arjun, Dipali were curteous, helpful and always striving to please us, and with a pleasant disposition.
