Hôtel à éviter
Cons:

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, la chambre sentait l’humidité, le sol était dégoûtant, le frigo était jaunâtre comme de l’urine, et il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche, sans parler des moucherons qui volaient partout. Après plusieurs nuits passées dans cette chambre, l’hôtel m’a enfin proposé un changement.

Malheureusement, la nouvelle chambre n’était pas mieux : des objets sales traînaient sous le lit (bouteilles, paquets de chips…), et la salle de bain avait de la moisissure au plafond. Quand j’ai signalé le problème, on m’a répondu que c’était normal pour une chambre au dernier étage, car l’eau pénétrerait lorsqu’il pleut 😅.

Globalement, l’hygiène est catastrophique et le service se contente d’excuses absurdes. À éviter absolument.

Nepacilo sa nam nic. Izby plesnive hned pri vstupe na recepciu citit plesen. Spinave stoliky na chodbach. Ihned sme si museli najst ine ubytovanie. Noc v tomto hoteli by som neriskoval.

Jedina prednost hotela je dobra lokacija.

Dobra lokacija, blizina sadrzaja, mirna ulica.

Cons:

Soba nije bila cista, na svim povrsinama su vidljivi tragovi otisaka prstiju, u kupaonici - povrsine kod umivaonika i u tus kabini sve puno bijelih fleka od vode, u tus kabini i na rucnicima smo nasli dlake i kosu , na posteljini su bile fleke, rucnici koji su imali cudan miris. Prvi dan sam zamolila gospodina na recepciji da nam svaki dan daju nove rucnike i ociste sobu, a za 5 noci koliko smo tamo proveli sobu su nam “ocistili” (namjestili krevet i obrisali umivaonik) jednom, a rucnike bi dobila jedino ako bi sami otisli traziti na recepciju.

You will be completely safe, and you will receive the utmost care and warmth. And although our trip was full of unexpected twists and turns, Timur was always able to help with everything and always in touch.
We would love to return to this hotel.

It has a good location, cares for its guests, is nicely renovated, has comfortable beds, offers coffee, tea, and water at the reception (for free), and has a small refrigerator in the room. We are satisfied. Thank you 🙏

Satisfactory but not somewhere I would choose again or recommend
Pros:

The location near to the main attractions was great. It was very close but was situated in a quiet road.
The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The showers were often cold throughout the day.
There was no facilities within the room for making hot drinks and you had to go down to reception for hot water and tea.
The rooms were only cleaned when we asked for them to be cleaned
The curtain rail was also coming off the room
This hotel needs a little attention to improve
