The location was great with easy access to Main Street shopping and eating.

Nice central location
Only offers valet parking and that is where the problems began. The young man that took my vehicle parked it in the street, illegally parked, left it unlocked and misplaced the keys!! To top it off, I got a parking ticket due to it being illegally parked. The hotel took care of the parking ticket, but it ruined what could have been otherwise a great experience. The hotel restaurant was also a poor experience, seemed the staff was more interested in chatting with each other than to tend to the customers, me included. When I asked for iced tea, I was told they don’t serve iced tea in the restaurant, that only at the bar downstairs, did. It offer a solution other than go downstairs or to a different restaurant across the street. So I left and ate somewhere off site.
Will probably never go back to that hotel again.
Yusuf was a very safe and efficient driver getting us to and from the hotel with ease. Keep up the good work! Bozeman is a wonderful place to visit.
Great, pleasant stay! Friendly staff, clean/luxurious rooms. Our driver Yusuf was prompt and got us to and from the airport safe and sound. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Parker our Van driver was on time, polite, and drove us safely to the hotel. He suggested places to eat, drink and sights to see. On top of all that he shared all the hotel amenities with us and answered all our questions no matter how obscure.

Yusuf was friendly and patient when I had to run back to my room to pick up something I’d left behind. He was a safe driver and observed the speed limits on the way to the airport. Great driver!!

One of my favorite hotels in the US to stay at! EXCELLENT breakfast buffet that’s very reasonably priced, beautiful rooms, nice gym, convenient to shops and restaurants, and the rooms are so modern and extremely clean!! Also, our driver Yusuf picked us up to take us to the airport! He was very personable, engaged us in conversation, and got us to the airport safely! What a great employee to represent your Hotel! Yusuf was our van driver. He did a great job in the snowy conditions and handling our bags. The hotel is great. Breakfast has good choices.
Good driver in poor road conditions. Roads were very snowy and Yusuf made sure we had a safe trip. Enjoyed the conversation as well.
Parker is awesome and very welcoming. Told us about Bozeman and the fun things to do. He went abound and beyond and really looking forward getting on the shuttle with him again.
I’ve there with my team yesterday and hotel was very clean and team there was great. I would recommend to everybody but I need to open a parentheses for our shuttle driver Yusuf. He was pretty fun to talk to and he was very good driver.

Great Experience. Clean hotel and rooms. Restaurant was yummy and reasonable. Close to Downtown and many restaurants and bars.
