Es gibt schön große Appartments mit einem (gemeinsamen) Balkon.
Im Sommer ist es sehr heiß in dem Betonbau, ohne Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr praktisch, und parken in der Tiefgarage um die Ecke ist auch kein Problem. Ein Nachteil der Lage am Bahnhof, für den die Unterkunft nichts kann, der aber doch erheblich ist: Gerade an dieser Seite des Bahnhofs hält sich eine sehr laute Klientel auf, mit Geschrei bis spät in die Nacht. Also mit den Fenstern oder Balkontüren offen ist es abends alles andere als ruhig.

Service was only ok … I asked for an earlier date for email giving instructions for checking as I was coming in on the weekend and was met with incredulity … if the customer needs more time you give them more time ! …. My room on the first (one above ground) was really noisy until the wee hours of the night

Perfekte Lage, leider keine Klinaanlage

Leider unmöglich, mal kurz die Tagesschau anzusehen. Fernseher ist zum anschauen von Netflix und amazon ausgerichtet mit eigenem (!) Konto. Wenn man nicht einmal die öffentlich rechtlichen ansehen kann, braucht es gar keinen Fernseher.

The room itself was very nice. Modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, no fan, and no way to safely offer any air circulation. This made the room well over 80° and sleeping very difficult. The area was also very noisy and there was loud banging every time someone in another room entered or exited. The room was close to parking and close to the center or town, but it was a miserable stay due to the lack of any ability to cool the space or provide air flow.

The staff were very helpful. The accommodation was so close to the main station and the old town. It was very safe and comfortable.

This studio apartment is close to the old town, and close to a grocery store, it's location is perfect. It's quiet and the kitchen is fully equipped. It looks like it was recently renovated, and everything worked perfectly. The only difficulty is that there is no parking, we had to park in a public parking a couple of blocks away.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig die Umgebung vor dem Tor hat sich nicht so gut angefühlt.

Kühlschrank Praktisches Studio in der Nähe vom Bahnhof mit Miniküche (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Besteck für 1 Person) und funktionalem Bad. Angenehmes Bett. Gute Ausnutzung des kleinen Raumes. Schmaler Balkon, der mit den anderen Zimmern verbunden ist. Frühstücksmöglichkeit in Bäckerei (mit Rabbatt)

Zentral und ruhig

Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof neben einer Bäckerei(gutes Frühstück). Man erkennt das nicht sofort. Eine grosse Hausnummer am Tor wäre praktisch.
Self Check-in war problemlos möglich, da es gute Vorabinfos per Mail gab.
Mein Einzelzimmer ist modern mit kleinen Dekotupfen eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber, auch das Geschirr im Schrank der kleinen funktionalen Küchenzeile. Die Matratze ist bequem, etwas gewöhnungbedürftig der sehr breite Einbaurahmen. Unter dem Bett ist Stauraum für Koffer.
Etwas unbequem: Die kleine Leuchte am Bett kann man nicht im Liegen ein-,ausschalten.
Ich werde gern wieder hier übernachten

Hatte bei einer Rückfrage die angegebene Tel. Nr. nicht erreicht. Nach 8 Uhr liess sich alles tel.klären und die Zimmerkarte blieb nach dem Verlassen des Studios bei mir! Info zu Briefkasteneinwurf könnte auch schriftlich auf dem Zimmer liegen.

Mitten in der Stadt gelegen mit viel Komfort inkl. Küchenzeile. Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Super sauber, netter Bäcker um die Ecke, Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus.

I travel to Tubingen once or twice a year. I stayed 9 nights at this place. It is not like your regular hotels, it offers a lot more! You get your own suite that includes a kitchen. I like that because it gives you more freedom in your food choices, and saves you money. It is new, very clean, and convenient! I loved the atmosphere. Very close to the main train station and busses. Only a few minutes away. The staff friendly and responsive. I will be going there again. Thanks a lot!

The property is very clean (specially the kitchen). Check in was easy.
One negative point, it wasn’t easy to find the property!
