Pros:

Top Lage! Nur ein paar Minuten von der Innenstadt und diversen Geschäften entfernt. Das Penthouse ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Auch eine Küchenzeile mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen usw ist vorhanden.
Und entgegen diversen Bewertungen können wir sagen, der Fahrstuhl hat funktioniert! Er fährt allerdings "nur" in die 4. Etage, die 5. Etage ist dann weiter über die Treppe zu erreichen, was für uns kein Problem dargestellt hat.

Cons:

Das einzige "Manko" ist die brummende Heizung (nachts). Das sollte für die Zukunft behoben werden, da leider auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Ohropax keine "Stille Nacht" herbei geführt hat.

für Kurztrips bestens geeignet
Pros:

einfacher Check-in mit Türcode, sauberes Zimmer mit ausreichend bestückter kleiner Küchenzeile incl. Wasserkocher und Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Umgebung war auch sehr ruhig

Cons:

wir hatten ein 2 Bettzimmer im Untergeschoss, dort hatte es bei Ankunft nach Joint gerochen

Zimmer war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung ,alles da was man braucht und bequemes Bett.

Wir waren im Keller, dort roch es stark nach Abfluss aus dem Klo.
