Zero Support When There’s a Problem
Pros:

The location is very central, close to public transport and stores.

Cons:

This was my second stay here. The first time I had no issues, but this visit exposed how little the hosts care when something goes wrong.
The television in the room did not work for the entire duration of my stay. When I reported the problem, nothing was done that day. The following day I was told someone would come to fix it, but they could not even provide an approximate time. Eventually someone entered the room and simply left a new remote control – yet the television still did not work.
I repeatedly contacted staff about the problem, but they continued to delay and avoid resolving it until my stay eventually came to an end. In other words, the place is fine as long as nothing goes wrong. If something does break, they appear completely uninterested in fixing it and simply send slow, non-committal messages until the guest leaves.
I requested a partial refund, given that the room did not have all the advertised amenities working, but that request was also ignored.
I will not be returning and would not recommend this accommodation.

Es war nur das ZDF zu empfangen und Nachts sehr warm (Fenster konnte leider aufgrund von Pollenallergien nicht geöffnet werden)
