Such a great space for us to use as a base to explore Paris! House was in great condition and had all the amenities we needed. Great location, walkable to the Eiffel Tower which was really special
We loved the location and view of the Eiffel Tower!
Great area, lots of shops, restaurants near. The building is fine, room is really tight, bed soft, rooftop is great but closes at 6pm, just when the lights of Paris can be enjoyed. Don’t recommend if you need space to be comfortable. Would not stay again.
Staff was very responsive.
This was our first trip to Paris and I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay! We could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. We were a short walk from an entire street filled with restaurants and shops. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!
Entry steps were difficult to manage through the plants at night
The property was very comfortable and clean. The room is a studio apartment. It's considerably bigger than most hotels in the area.
The view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop common space was incredible. We will stay here again.
Great location, but lacking in cleanliness and service
The unit is in a very convenient location—close to shops, restaurants, the metro, and major attractions, which made getting around easy. However, the apartment was not well cleaned or properly maintained upon arrival, which was disappointing. Be aware that housekeeping is not included and costs an additional €55/service. Also, there is no lobby or on-site staff, so assistance is available by email if issues arise during your stay.
Chic beautiful Apart Hotel located near Eiffel Tower in the high-end residential area of Paris. We had a Graden Suite, it was a dream! Book it now, you won't regret!

For a Parisian one bedroom flat, our room was very spacious and perfect if you’re traveling with more than 2 people. The separate living area, shower/tub, toilet, and bedroom is also a nice touch. The kitchenette is fully functional along with the dishwasher and washing machine that are part of the apartment. You can truly live like a Parisian here which is super exciting. There are so many grocery stores, cafes and bars, and more close by too, all within walking distance. There’s also a couple different metro stations nearby, making this place a very comfortable experience. I also loved it because it was just far enough away from all the congested tourist attractions yet those were also conveniently close by as well whether by walking or metro. The rooftop patio at My Maison Paris Invalides is also stunning. The view of the city and the Eiffel Tower is spectacular from up here, so make sure to head on up.
Nice place to stay with kitchen and laundry facilities. Cordial staff. Close to a metro stop and the Eiffel Tower. A mile or 2 from most of the major tourist sights. Many food options on a street around the corner including grocery stores. The lighting in the bathroom is a little dim so if that matters bring a lighted makeup mirror. Lovely stay.

Did not realized when I made reservation that it did not have a reception desk. Absolutely nobody to ask for anything. My experience, will not return.

Incredible location! Elegant apartment with amenities and a small gym. Small things to note: they don’t give ann extra set of towels - only one per guest for the whole stay. The iron we requested didn’t work and the QR code entry a bit finnicky until you get the hang of it.
My Maison in Paris - Invalides was the perfect spot to come back to after a long day of seeing the sites. So close to the Metro. We had grocery store, fresh fruit/vegetables, cheese, wine, and a local cafe right around the corner. An easy 15 walk to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was quaint and perfect size for our family and offered a beautiful rooftop with a view of the Tower. (Sad that it closed at 6pm though) I would recommend this property to everyone traveling to Paris for a few days. A wonderful gem of a place! Thank you!
Fabulous location. Walkable to many sites and easy transport links. Great streets with places to eat and wonderful food shops 2 minutes walk away.
Sofa bed was used for a 14 and 9 yr old. Comfortable. Stylish condo. Easy to store our luggage after checkout. Very responsive team. Quiet street for a good nights sleep. Actual views of the Eiffel Tower and only a 15 min walk (with the kids)! Metro is close by. USB ports in bedroom which would help North American travellers. Would definitely recommend!
