I didn’t

Cons:

The fact that I tried to check out as soon as I checked, and was told their system was down and I would have to do it the next day. I called the next day no answer, sent emails, contacted booking.com multiple times trying to get my money refunded. To be honest the people are thieves and liars and booking.com is just as terrible because even though I I have documented the whole process both companies still have yet to do anything about my money.

Pros:

All good. Place had a convenient location for my trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access. I also was surprised with the streaming options included for the price. You don't see that often these days.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. All good.

Hot shower.

Hot shower, some of the staff were nice

Cons:

Dusty in the room, I left tracks in the dust with my boots. Room smelled like smoke. The breakfast food ran out pretty quickly and it was a while before more was prepared.
