Hotel este situat în centrul Timișoarei, foarte modern și atenția la detalii demonstrează faptul că este un hotel de calitate.
Cred ca mai trebuie sa se lucreze la micul dejun. Și faptul ca nu este un loc de parcare pentru turiști ca să poți descărca bagajele. Am fost tot timpul în stres când am descărcat sau încărcat bagajele.
Location is perfect in the exact middle of everything you would want to visit. Parking is a life saver! Very hard to find in that area and the staff saved me a spot and guided me to the garage.
Breakfast was just average. Beds very stiff.
Micul dejun a fost ok. Am cerut o cafea, însă mi s-a spus că au doar cafea de la dozator, deși este vorba despre un hotel de 4 stele. În schimb, amplasarea hotelului este excelentă, chiar în Centrul Vechi.
Lipsa atenției la primire. Informațiile oferite au fost superficiale.
